Road Cleaning (MCW): Carrying out proper cleaning, and removing of dust / silt / trash/ plastic/ rubbish/ garbage/ waste from the main carriageway by mechanical means from kerb edge up-to shoulders and cleaning using grass cutting machine in earthen shoulder up to toe line of the embankment including side slopes manually and disposing of the waste material at a suitable place outside ROW as directed by the Engineer and as per road maintenance Standard clause no.6.1.21,6.2,6.3,6.4 of IRC-SP 95-2011. The job includes cleaning of expansion joints, water spouts, vent holes, road studs, delineators, MBCB, PGR, road signages and all other road furniture’s also. Cleaning carried out in frequency as directed by the engineer and as per road maintenance Standard clause no. 6.1.21, 6.2, 6.3,6.4 of IRC- SP 95-2011. Removal of unauthorized advertisement boards within ROW and stacking etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Cleaning carried out in frequency as directed by the engineer and as per road maintenance Standard clause no. 6.1.21, 6.2, 6.3,6.4 of IRC- SP 95-2011. Removal of unauthorized advertisement boards within ROW and stacking etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge. (Considering 40% of rate of MCW)

ROW cleaning: Removal of rank vegetation/weeds from the toe line of embankment to edge of ROW and complete in all respect including tree pruning, breaking of clods, rough dressing and disposal of waste material, broken trees and vegetation at a place outside ROW as per direction of Engineer in charge and as per road maintenance Standard clause no. 6.14 of IRC-SP 95-2011.

Drain Cleaning: Removal & refixing the cover slab for Clearing road side/Median open lined/ pucca drains to bring them original shape, drainage capacity including disposal of sediments, extraneous debris & vegtation growth blocking the free flow from site outside ROW with all leads and lifts complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer in charge and as per road maintanence Standard clause no. 6.7 of SP 95-2011

Median Grass Cutting: Removing of all unwanted Grass / vegetation & Trimming of overgrown median plants using grass cutting machine / trimmer / weeder and disposed away from median central verge in the frequency of every 2 months once and necessary safety arrangement during the excution of works as per direction of engineer and the NHAI maintanance manual 2025.

Watering of Median plants: Providing water to the median plants using water taker including all lead and lift with needful safety arrangement during 9 months of contract period ( Watering shall done with water tanker and frequency of watering shall be 4 time during summer (March - August) and 2 time during September, October and February per month at the rate of 10L per plant)

CD Structures Ventway cleaning: Clearing Major Bridges, Minor Bridges, slab/box type culverts & pipe culverts including clearing, cleaning and reshaping of upstream and down stream faces of those CD structures within the ROW. The job includes disposal of excess material recovered from site including vegetation outside ROW with all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge and as per road maintanence Standard clause no. 6.5 & 6.6 of SP 95-2011 (Cleaning shall be carried out on Pre-monsoon and Post-Monsoon period)

Filling Pot Holes and patch repairs with Bituminous Concrete, 40mm. Removal of all failed material, Trimming of completed excavation to provide firm vertical faces, cleaning of surface, painting of Tack coat on the sides and base of excavation as per clause 503, back filling the pot holes with Hot Bituminous Material as per clause 504, Compacting trimming and finishing the surface to form a smooth continous surface, all as per Clause 3004-2 of MORTH, Rev.V.

Replcement of Damged Delinator: Supplying and Installation of delineators (road way indicators, hazard markers, object markers) confirming to IRC 79, 80 to 90 cm high above ground level with about 200 to 300mm base which can be anchored on to the ground. The delineator shall have an ellipsoidal or circular shape made of mild steel with pure polyester powder coating ith minimum thickness of powder coating of not less than 40 micron. The delineator shall have minimum three reflective sheeting bands of 150mm height confirming to Type XI sheeting specifications as per IRC 67

Repair of Exsiting Solar Blinker : Provision for Replacing Solar Battery solar Panel, cables, MCB, post etc wherever neccssary for Solar Blinkers

Kilometre Stone & HM Stone : Supply and fixing of Kilometre stone of standard design and drawing as per IRC:8-1980 (second revision),including painting and numbering etc., and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Painting & Lettering on Kilometre Stone & HM Stone & 5th Km stone as per latest NHAI circular (Kataline / Asian / Berger or equivalent)

Kerb & Concrete Crash Barrier Painting: Providing and applying two coats of waterbased emulsion paint including cleaning, primer on non-plastered concrete surface in all shades as per the direction of engineer on kerb , crash barrier, Toll plaza bull nose etc (Kataline / Asian / Berger or equivalent)

Painting on Pedestrain Guard Rail and toll plaza canopy - Providing and applying two coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint of approved brand on steel surface after through cleaning of surface to give an even shade as per the direction of engineer in all complete. (Kataline / Asian / Berger or equivalent)

Repair of Toilet block @ Km.120+900 BHS: Work included replacment of tiles, washbasin, indian closet, western closet, door, light and plumbing work. Including of all civil works and complete. Painting both interior and exterior also including of this scope.

N) Painting

Replacing damaged/broken railing with new precast / cast in situ concrete railing to match with existing design and pattern made out of cement concrete grade M-40 and required reinforcement complete in all respect including proper curing with painting and dismantling of old damaged portion etc., as directed by the Engineer confirming to MOST (Clause NO. 809, 1000, 1600 & 1700).

Toll plaza Bull nose plastering: Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:6 (One cement and Six Plastering sand), 12mm thick including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Replacement of Strip Seal Joint on Bridges: Removal of old Strip Seal Expansion Joints complete as per drawings and Supplying and installation of new STRIP SEAL EXPANSION JOINT system conforming to specifications for road and bridge works in the 40mm wide expansion gap provided in between decks over piers and in between deck and dirt wall over abutment with fatigue tested structural steel section at the nosing and anchorage assembly, including labour, equipment and incidental charges for fixing the joints complete in all respects, as per section 2600 of MoRT&H specification (V Revision)

DRAINAGE SPOUTS : Supplying and fixing new GI DRAINAGE SPOUTS 100mm dia as per GOI drawing SD/205 with grating arrangements at top as shown in the drawing and 100mm dia drainage spout projecting atleast 300mm beyond the bottom of deck slab as shown in the drawing, including cost and conveyance of Galvanised iron pipes and flats and fixing them in position, etc., complete as per cl 2705 of MoRT&H specification. Drain Grating: Providing and fixing of M.S.grating 300x200 mm size with M.S.Flats of 25x10mm of outer frames, 20x10 mm of inner braces with mild steel grating and fixing them in position

Metal beam crash barrier: Providing and erecting Single sided Single Guard Metal Beam Crash Barrier System (Type - A, “W” Single Guard)1.80m high, comprising of 3mm thick wall “W” beams posts and spacer channels shall be made by cold roll forming using HR conform to IS 5986 Fe 410/360 and dip galvanized having Zinc Mass of 550gms/ sqm, minimum 700 mm above road/ ground level fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post 150x75x5mm spaced 2m center to center 312mm x 83mm flange width x 3mm thick, 4318mm long post directly embedded in the concrete (M15) pit size 350x350x800mm for a depth of 1100mm below ground. All fixing bolts and nuts hot dip galvanized conforming to IS:1367 clause 4.60 all complete as per Technical Specification of IRC 119 2015 and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Provision for Repairing & replacement of the electrical items in median and street lights and Consumeables: (165 no of Double armed Median lights of 12m Height, 129 no of Single armed Median lights and 18 no of Highmast lights of 25m Height and 13 nos of flood light below vup are available at site from km.80+000 to Km.122+000 now) . Work includes repairing street lights in median, service roads, busbay, track laybay etc., withing the ROW including consumables. Considering 30% for repair & replacement on Estimation purpose

Supplying and erecting red /yellow unbreakable polycarbonate body Solar Blinker 300mm dia. LED lamp confirming to IRC:93 and IS:7537. It shall have Light Emitting Diode (LED) — HI Bright technology {Compliant to EN12368 or equivalent BIS standard). The Signal Switching shall be Solid State, with Opto-isolation. The Automatic operation mode shall have functional flashing rate available at 50% Duty Cycle - 50 or 60 Flashes/minutes. The Electrical Power Supply shall be solar based 12 VDC operating at Ambient Temperature 0° to 55"C. The solar power system shall have in-built charge Controller - Low/High cut out, Solar SPV Module - 60 Watts, maintenance Free battery (60AH) (having back up for operating blinder for 72 Hrs in absence of Sun or during rainy or foggy days. The Solar System shall be housed in a weatherproof pole mounting cabinet with clamp and mounting accessories. The Solar Blanker shall be supported on GI circular pipe 80 NB, 3.2 mm thickness confirming to IS 1239, 3m above the Finish Road level. GI circular pipe shall be firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 25 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 45 cm x 60, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing. Alternate white and yellow bands (Minimum four bands) of Type XI retro-reflective sheeting shall be pasted @ 05.m c/c starting from a height of 0.5 m above the finish road level.

Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per clause 801 of MoRTH Specifications for Roads & Bridge Works and IRC: 67 (2022) made of class -C Micro Prismatic Grade Sheeting of Type XI retro reflective sheeting. The retro-reflective sheeting shall have manufacturer logo, watermark and lot number on the sheet. A QR (Bar) code shall also be placed on the backside of the sign board with an indelible ink. For signs above 600mm size, retro reflective sheet shall be fixed over 2 mm thick aluminium sheeting vide or 4mm thick Aluminium composite material sheet vide clause 801 of MoRTH Specifications for Roads & Bridge Works. For signs above 600mm sizes, sign shall be fixed over back support frame of minimum 35 x 35x 3 mm angle Frame. For signs above 600mm size, Signs shall be supported on GI circular pipe 80 NB, 3.2 mm thickness confirming to IS 1239. Retro-Reflective sheet shall be fixed on Substrate with Pressure Sensitive Adhesive. The Substrate shall be firmly riveted on Angle Frame @ 200mm spacing with Aluminium Pop rivets etc using Pneumatic Guns. The Angle frame shall be firmly fixed with high strength bolts, washers nuts conforming to IS1364 and IS 1367 on Sign Support Pole. Sign Supports shall be firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 25 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawling. All Components of signs and supports including Angle Frame, Bolts, Nuts, Washers, etc. other than the reflective portion shall be galvanized by hot dip process (Zinc coated, 0.55 kg/sqm; minimum single spot) unless otherwise specified. All galvanizing shall be done after fabrication. Alternate white and yellow bands measuring 50 mm long retro-reflective sheeting shall be pasted around GI posts which help in ensuring the visibility/Presence of poles during night time even if the sign boards are stolen or totally vandalized. Minimum four bands of such retro-reflective sheeting shall be pasted starting from a height of 0.5 m above the finish road level. The messages (legends, letters, numerals, etc.) and borders as per clause 6.8 of IRC 67 shall be digitally printed. Finished Signs shall have an Ultra Violet (UV) protective clear overlay applied to the entire face of the signs supplied by reflective sheet manufacturer. The agency shall submit 10 years warranty for satisfactory field performance for type XI retro reflective sheeting from the retro-reflective sheet manufacturer confirming to clause 6.7 & 6.9 of IRC 67. Agency shall submit a certified copy of test reports from an Government laboratory/ Institute conforming to clause 6.7 & 6.9 of IRC 67 including 3 years accelerated outdoor weathering for the retro reflective sheeting. The Agency shall submit the sign convertor (manufacturer) name with details of essential equipment available with convertor in his fabrication shop such as digital printer, cutter, plotter, laminator, Galvanizing plant, etc. The Agency shall submit road sign installation drawing in Kmz file for approval before installation and after installation submit geo-tagging of all road signs with its installation photos and date of installation and other details as mentioned in IRC 67 annexure VII, complete in all respects. The sign supports and its foundation details are indicative. These may be increased for areas having higher wind velocities like in coastal areas. This is applicable to all road signs and directions boards

Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised stickers as per clause 801 of MORTH Specifications for Roads & Bridge Works and IRC: 67 (2022) made of class -C Micro Prismatic Grade Sheeting of Type XI retro reflective sheeting. The sticker shall have NHAI Logo digitally printed with colour specification confirming to Sl no. 5.2 of NHAI Policy Circular 4.37/2025 dated 11th Nov2025. Finished Signs shall have an Ultra Violet (UV) protective clear overlay applied to the entire face of the sticker supplied by reflective sheet manufacturer. Retro-Reflective sticker shall be fixed on alternate barrier posts with pressure sensitive adhesive. Sticker fixing shall be done afterwiping the surface with a clean cloth soaked in isopropyl alcohol (IPA) or milddetergent, Remove all dust/ oil / grease /rust and moisture and allow surfaceto dry completely. If required usea heat gun or blower to dry surface if ambient humidity is high. Fix sticker on the prepared surface by removing the sticker liner slowly to avoid curling or contamination, preposition the sticker to ensure correct orientation and alignment, fix the sticker gently, usesea felt edge squeegee hammer or roller to apply uniform pressure from centre tooutward, ensure no air bubbles or wrinkles remain, apply pressure across the entire surface to fix sticker firmly. The agency shall submit 10 years warranty for satisfactory field performance for type XI retro reflective sheeting from the retroreflective sheet manufacturer confirming to clause 6.7 & 6.9 of IRC 67. Agency shall submit a certified copy of test reports from a Government laboratory/Institute conforming to clause 6.7 & 6.9 of IRC 67 including 3 years accelerated outdoor weathering for the retro reflective sheeting. The Agency shall submit the sign convertor (manufacturer) name with details of essential equipment available with convertor in his fabrication shop such as digitalprinter, cutter, plotter, laminator, etc.

Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised hazard marker traffic sign made out of High intensity Prismatic grade sheeting confirming to Type IV standards of IRC 67-2012 and ASTM D 4956-09, Sepcification and fixed over 2mm thick Aluminium sheet fixed over a back supporting frame of 25mm x 25mm x 3mm Mild steel angle and supported on a mild steel angle post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm and 0.6 m below ground level. The Sign post should be painted as per IRC 67-2012 and firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly desinged foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete 45cm x 45cm x 60cm size including cost and conveyonce of all materials, equipment, machinery and labour with all leads and lifts, loading charges neccessary for satisfactory completion of the work as directed by the engineer incharge. High intensity retro-reflectro sheets shall consist of min coefficient of retro-reflection as per Table 6.6 of IRC 67-2012. The retro reflective sheeting shall be covered under 7 year warrenty issued for field performance and a certified company of three years outdoor exposure report shall be obtain as per IRC 67-2012 (as per MORTH Specification No.801)

Kerb height Increase: Work includes chipping of exiting concrete surface on top and Construction of cement concrete kerb over the exsiting kerb with M 20 grade concrete laid using kerb casting machine with line and length (Top width of kerb is 115mm and Finshed kerb top level shall be 230mm from FRL with all complete as per clause 408.

Annual Pass Sign board @ Toll Plaza :Providing and fixing of 2 nos of retro-reflectorised direction and place identification sign as per clause 801 of MoRTH Specifications for Roads & Bridge Works (5th Revision) and IRC : 67 made J of class -C Micro Prismatic Grade Sheeting of Type XI retro reflective sheeting. The retro - reflective sheeting shall have manufacturer logo, watermark and lot number on the sheet. 1A QR (Bar) code shall also be placed on the backside of the sign board with an indelible ink. fare reflective sheet shall be fixed over 2 mm thick aluminium sheeting or 4mm_ thick (Aluminium composite material sheet vide clause 801 of MORTH Specifications for Roads & Bridge Works. The sign shall be fixed over back support frame of minimum 40x40x 5mm Angle Frame. Retro-reflective sheet shall be fixed on substrate with Pressure Adhesive. The substrate shall be firmly riveted on angle frame @200mm spacing with aluminium pop rivets using Pneumatic guns. The Angle frame shall be firmly fixed with high strength Bolts, washers & Inputs conforming to IS1364 and IS 1367 on Sign Support Pole. Signs shall be supported on two major more Gl circular pipe 80 NB, 3.2 mm thickness confirming to IS 1239. Adequate bracing shall be provided to hold firmly GI support pipes. The sign supports shall be firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly signed foundation with M 25 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60, 60 cm below round level as per approved drawling. All components of signs and supports including single frame, bolts, nuts, washers, etc., other ithan the reflective portion shall be galvanized hot dip process (Zinc coated, (0.55 kg/sqm)minimum single spot) unless otherwise specified. All galvanizing shall be done after fabrication. The Agency shall submit the sign convertor (manufacturer) name with essential equipment in his fabrication shop such as digital printer, cutter, plotter, laminator, Galvanizing plant etc. The Agency shall submit road sign installation drawing in 'Kmz' file for approval fore installation and after installation submit geo-tagging of all road signs with its installation photos and date of installation and other details mentioned in IRC 67 annexure VII, complete in all respects. The sign supports and its foundation details are indicative. These may be increased for areas having higher wind velocities like in coastal areas. This is applicable to all road signs and directions boards

Solar Powered Road marker (Solar Stud) on HFZ / median opening: Supplying and installation of Solar Raised Pavement Markers made of polycarbonate moulded body with circular shape, solar powered, LED self-illumination in active mode, 360 degree illumination and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face in passive mode. The marker shall support a load of 20000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280. Its water resistance shall meet the requirements of IP 65 in accordance with IS:12063:1987 Category 2 for protection against water ingress. Colour of lighting could be provided in red or yellow (amber) or green or blue or combination as per requirement. It shall have super bright LEDs so as to provide long visibility from a distance of more than 800 m. Its flashing rate shall not be less than 1 Hz. It should be able to give the prescribed performance in the temperature range of -40°C to +55C. Its life shall be not less than 3 years. The full charge should provide for a minimum autonomy of 50 hours operation. The height, width and length of the marker shall not be less than 10mm x 100mm x 100mm. Also the surface diameter of the marker shall not be less than 100mm respectively. The weight of marker shall not exceed 0.5 kilograms. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive and complete as directed by the Engineer

Replacement of damaged single faced W-metal beam crash barrier made out of following members. Job includes removing old damaged member and neatly refixing the new member (with cement concrete foundation in M20 for post) complete in all respects as per MORTH Rev.V, clause 810 and as directed by the Engineer in charge including Fasteners and fixing etc complete in all respect.

Providing of Crane : The tow-away crane/vehicle shall be of adequate capacity (minimum 20MT) with all necessary equipment so that it can reach the site of the incident within 30 minutes of call and clear the disabled/accidented vehicles. It should be in good condition and registration number not older than two years at the time of procurement/leasing/hiring. It shall also be fitted with a GPS based Vehicle Tracking System to monitor its movement on 24 hours x 7 days of a week basis. Tow away crane/vehicle manpower shall include 1 Driver/Operator and 1 Helper per shift per vehicle. The vehicle shall be painted with approved colour pattern with road authority name and emblem painted sides, back and front. The vehicle shall run minimum 5 km daily (even for dry run), to be eligible for monthly payment. Removing all types of broken down/vehicles which have met with accidents from the carriageway amd toeing the same to proper locations i.e nearest police stations or some suitable location by using 20 tonne or of more capacity pick and carry crane, as per IRC :SP:84 2019, Clause 12.9 and as per other applicable clause agreement. In case of absence/deficiencies in respect of IMS (vehicles/manpower/equipment) as mentioned herein, found during inspection by Engineer/Authority Representative, a penalty of Rs.5000/- per item per incidence shall be levied.

Route Patrol Vehicle : Providing by route patrol vehicle as per IRC: SP: 73-2018, Clause 12.11 and NHAI/Policy Guidelines/Road Safety/2024/Policy Circular No.12.36/2024 dated 12.12.2024 and also as per other applicable clause in agreement. The patrol shall promptly clear the road of any obstruction take time to be cleared, the section shall be cordoned off by placing traffic cones, it shall be illuminated during night. Also removing the dead animals from highway. It shall also be fitted with GPS based vehicle tracking system to monitor its movement on 24hrsx7days of a week basis for one vehicle. vechicle shall be enough space to carry essential traffic and incidence management and safety tools.The Contractor is required to provide 24 hours per day route patrols to assist the road users of highway, to provide information, feedback and perform functions in relation to incident management. To achieve this, the Patrol vehicles fitted with VTS should be fully equipped as well as the patrol persons should be adequately trained in traffic management, road safety and primary first aid. The purpose of these patrols is to: e Provide the users of the highway with basic mechanical help for vehicles that breakdown on the road and also protect other users from such vehicles. Immediately identify traffic hazards of whatever nature, such as unauthorized parking, public transport vehicles, obstructing traffic during passenger loading and unloading, debris, stray animals and the like. The operator shall take the necessary measures to remove such obstructions. Provide emergency management at accident scenes until such time as the appropriate authorities arrive. Assist with the removal of damaged or mechanically impaired vehicles from the highway. Supplying and erecting red /yellow unbreakable polycarbonate body Solar Blinker 300mm dia. LED lamp confirming to IRC:93 and IS:7537. It shall have Light Emitting Diode (LED) — HI Bright technology {Compliant to EN12368 or equivalent BIS standard). The Signal Switching shall be Solid State, with Opto-isolation. The Automatic operation mode shall have functional flashing rate available at 50% Duty Cycle - 50 or 60 Flashes/minutes. The Electrical Power Supply shall be solar based 12 VDC operating at Ambient Temperature 0° to 55"C.
