Annual maintenance Contract for Fans at IGCAR, Kalpakkam for the year 2025-2026

Rewinding of the following fan motors as per the scope of work (Refer Sec VI (MNC), Clause No.11.1).

Ceiling/Pedestal/ Exhaust (12") Fans up to 100 Watts Capacity.

Exhaust ( 15")/Air Circulator Fans above 100 Watts and up to 200 Watts Capacity

Exhaust Fans ( 18") above 200 watts and up to 400 Watts Capacity.

Overhauling and servicing of ceiling /pedestal/wall mounting / Exhaust/Air circulator fans (single phase) as per the Scope of work. (Refer Sec VI (MNC), Clause No.14).

Painting of ceiling /Wall mounting/Pedestal/Exhaust/Air circulator fans (Single phase) as per the scope of work. (Refer Sec VI (MNC), Clause No.3).

Attending to break down calls for following types of Fan Motors as per the scope of work . (Refer Sec VI (MNC), Clause No.15).

Attending to break down faults in various types of Ceiling/Exhaust/Pedestal/Wall mounting /Air circulator Fans as per the scope of work.

Cleaning of Ceiling / Pedestal / Wall mounting/Air circulator Fans/ fitted at different levels in various labs/Buildings as per the scope of work. (Refer Sec VI (MNC), Clause No.14.2).

Removal of ceiling/Wall mounting/Exhaust fans of following sizes in labs/building/high bay/toilet in IGCAR (Refer Sec VI (MNC), Clause No.19).Painting of Distribution Equipments with ONE Coat of Primer, TWO Coat of Synthetic Enamel Paint including supply of paint & primer and required consumables .(Refer Sec VI (MNC), Clause No.3).

Installation, testing and commissioning of following sizes of ceiling Fans and safety Steel rope with 3 Core, 1.5 Sq.mm (14/0.3) flexible copper cable including earth connection, Supply and fixing of regulator is not included in the scope of this item.(Note: Ceiling fan will be issued free of cost by the department). (Refer Sec VI, Clause No.17.1).

Supply and installation of protective wire mesh to replace the existing mesh for the following size of Fans (Refer Sec VI (MNC), Clause No.16.2).

Supply and replacement of blades for fans of following sizes as per the scope of work. (Refer Sec VI (MNC), Clause No.16.3).

12" blade for Exhaust fans

Supply and installation of Step type Fan Regulator 1 module for ceiling fans as per scope of work. (Refer Sec VI (MNC), Clause No.16).

Supply and installation of 2 Module Step type Fan Regulator for ceiling fans as per scope of work. (Refer Sec VI (MNC), Clause No.16.1).

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of following sizes of ceiling Fans and safety steel rope with 3 Core, 1.5 Sq.mm (14/0.3) flexible copper cable including earth connection. Supply and fixing of regulator is not included in the scope of this item. (Refer Sec VI, Clause No.17.1).
