Servicing of 1600A ACB's. Proper greasing after removing old grease, settings of all contacts, mechanical latch, testing of protection release, mechanical operations of ACB's, Tripping circuits, alignment of Jaw Contacts, Checking of all Poles, Checking of Closing Coil, UV & Shunt release for their operations etc. shall be done during this service.

Supplying and fixing of digital type electronic protection relay for 11KV, HT Supply panel having 3 phase overcurrent & earth fault relay of L&T make, cat no. MC61AN X 2200, including cutting of MS door sheet in the existing panel to accommodate electronic relay, dismantling the existing defective IDMT relay, control wiring, calibration of relay by secondary injuction device, testing etc. as required. Make : L&T or equivalent Simmens / Schneider make.

Providing and fixing LED type multifunctional meter of class 0.5 accuracy with RS 485 port for monitoring of parameters V,A,F,PF,KW,KVA,KVAR, KWh, KVAh, KVARh, Runhours, On hours, Phase angle, Interrupts,THD, Events (High-Low), Neutral Current. The work includes cutting / modifications of door for meter fixing, providing bakelite meter frame, control copper wiring from meter to connector block, 6A SP MCB, connection, testing etc. complete as required. Providing and fixing of MS door of size 430mm x 400mm made of 14 SWG CRCA MS sheet for 400A/630A TP&N switch in the existing LT panel including providing 2 nos. hinges, 2 nos. door closer screw type knowbs, bending of sheet, drilling of holes for operating handle, insulation rubber, powder coating paint of approved make and colour etc. complete as required.
