Taking down carefully Copper / Aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators sockets light fitting etc removing materials to store for keetping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above itemild steel should be made as per conditions separately) and making good to the disturbed surfaces of walls, floors ,etc. to match with the existing specifications complete all as specified and directed.

M&L point wiring complete with 1100 Volts grade PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS cable of Copper conductor, multi stranded of size 1.5 Sqmm, single core, in and including new rigid non-metallic PVC conealed conduit / surface conduit with all accessories if required such as bends, reducers, spacers, saddles, junction boxes bakelite sheets, wooden rectangular boards / round blocks (for housing lamp holders and light fittings etc) and existing mild steel pressed steel / cast iron sunken boxes of suitable size for mounting switches / bell pushes / sockets, fan regulator etc covered with new 3 mm thick laminated bakelite sheet top cover including continuous earth wire of size 1.5 sqmm unsheated stranded Copper conductor with green PVC insulation connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for the followings :- (a) One light/fan/Bell Poin controlled by one single pole one way switch.

(b) One 3 pin socket outlet 5 Amps on the same board controlled by one single pole one way switch.

(c) One 5 Amps socket outlet independent controlled by one single pole 5 Amps switch.

All as per Item No. 2 here-in- before but one three pin 15 Amps switch socket out let on the independent board with 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated Copper conductor and 2.5 Sqmm Copper conductor for continuous earthing complete.

All as per ser item No. 2 here-in-before but existing conduit and existing mild steel pressed steel/ cast iron box complete all as speicifed and directed for following (a) One light point/fan/bell point controlled by one single pole one way switch.

S&F in replacement sheet metal enclouser DB's 8 way double door factory made powder coated out of CRCA mild steel sheet 1.2 mm thick wih metallic painting white series, 240 Volts 200 Amps rated enameled bus bar 8 way dust and vermin proof suitable for incorporation of MCBs duly concealed in wall and making good to the distrubed surface to match with the existing specifications complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement LED tube light fitting 1 X 20 Watts decorative ultra slim linear LED lighting fixture with extruded polycarbonate, environmental friendly, energy efficient 230 Volts, complete with all accessories internally pre wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible Copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed. Make: Cat Part No LHEXBLP7PN1W020 of Havells or techno-commercially equivalent in approved makes

S&F in replacement LED tube light fitting 9 Watts batten type fixed on wall/ ceiling etc. including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible Copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement MCB single pole neutral (SPN) 240 Volts, 20 Amps to 40 Amps, 10 KA complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement 2.5 Sqmm (Nominal area) FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed single core cable 1100 Volts grade with stranded Copper conductor complete all as per specified & directed.

Note:-Two run of single core 6 Sqmm cable and one run single core 6.00 Sqmm cable for earth wire and including conduit pipe 25 mm dia shall measured as one length.

S&F in replacement 1100 Volts grade heavy duty 6 Sqmm two core cable PVC insulated Aluminium stranded conductor, served with inner shething of PVC sheathed in service conections suspended by insulating hangers and procelean beat not more than 1 metre apart including 4 Sqmm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel plate elecrode of size 60cm x 60cm and 6.0mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.5 m below the ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level. Earth plate surrounded by 15 cm thick packed alternative layers of charcoal dust and comman salt, earth lead GI wire of 4mm dia (8 SWG) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron with thimbles. The other end of GI earth wire is connected to main switch board and protected by light grade GI pipe of 15 mm bore, provision of 20mm bore light grade GI pipe for watering including GI funnel and wire mesh. Pipe shall be provided vertically upto top level of earth pit and then taken horrizontally to the earth pit. Cement concrete chamber of PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate. The chamber shall be constructed one metre away from edge of earth pit. 50 mm thick pre cast cover of cement conrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), excavation in soft / loose soil, returning filling and removal of surplus soil to a distance of 50 mm as directed and shown in Electrical Plate No- 3 of SSR Part-1 (2009).
