Providing and applying two coats, for anti corrosive treatment of reinforcement bars of Corrosion Inhibitor Solution of approved quality and manufacture (Manufacturer having valid license from CECRI (Pattern No. 109784/67), Kodaikanal, Tamilnadu) including making slurry of cement by adding inhibitor solution to Ordinary Portland Cement in the ratio of 0.6:1 (i.e. 600 cc of Inhibitor: 1 kg. of cement) or as specified by the manufacturer, applying first coat of slurry uniformly on surface of reinforcement steel bars by brushing or dipping in shaded area and removing rust and iron oxide remnants etc. from the bars using iron brush before applying the slurry and drying the coated bars on drying platform for 12-24 hours before cutting and bending and then applying second coat in the ratio of 0.45 : 1 (i.e. 450cc of Inhibitor : 1 kg of cement and drying in the same manner before placing in position.
