Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres as per direction of EIC Nominal Concrete Mix 1 :3:6 or richer mix.

Demolishing reinforced cemenrt concrete manually / by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material with in 50 metre lead as per direction of EIC.

Demolishing Brick work in cement mortar manually/ by mechanical means including stackng of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material with in 50 metre lead as per direction of EIC. In Cement Mortar.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with in 50 metre lead.

Dismantling steel work in single section including dismembering and stacking within 50 metreleadin:Channels,angles,tees and flats .

Dismantling CI or asbestos rain water pip with fitting and clamps including stacking the material within 50 metre lead:75 to 80 mm dia pipe

Dismantling CI or asbestos rain water pip with fitting and clamps including stacking the material within 50 metre lead:100 mm dia pipe

Supply Chemical emulsion in sealed containsers including delivery as specified.Chlorpyriphos/Lindane emiulsifiable cocentrate of 20 % .

Supplying and filling plinth with sand under floor including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing,complete.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains(not exceding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom,lift up to1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within alead of 50 m.All kinds of soil.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, side of foundations etc. in layer not exceeding 20 ems in depth: consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50m and lift uoto 1.5m.

Grading roof for water proofing treatment with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) with waterproofing material.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work uoto plinth level. 1:2:4 (1cement:2coarse sand: 4graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size.)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete , excluding the cost of centering , shuttering , finishing and reinforcement- all work up to plingth level: 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

12mm cement plaster of mix. 1:4 (1cement : 4 coarse sand)

15mm cement plaster on rough side. 1:4 (1cement : 4 coarse sand)

6 mm cement plaster for ceiling of mix 1:3. (1cement : 3 fine sand)

Structural steelwork single section, fixed with or without connecting plate , including cutting ,hoisting , fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing & fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron and 3mm M.S gusset plates at the junctions and corners , all necessary fitting complete including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.Using M.S angle 40x 40x6 mm for diagonal braces.

Providing and fixing factory made ISI marked steel glazed doors, windows and ventilators, side /top /centre hung, with beading and all members such as F7D,F4B, K11 B and K12 B etc. complete of standard rolled steel sections, joints mitred and flash butt welded and sash bars tenoned and riveted, including providing and fixing of hinges, pivots, including priming coat of approved steel primer, but excluding the cost of other fittings, complete all as per approved design, (sectional weight of only steel members shall be measured for payment).Fixing with 15x3 mm lugs 10 cm long embedded in cement concrete block 15x10x10 cm of C.C. 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth inculding necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

White washing with lime to give an even shade (old work) two or more coats.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :One or more coats on old work

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand andmanufacture to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufecture ,having low VOC(Volatile Organic Compound) Content.With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content than 50 grams /litre

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade . Old Work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10sqm) on existing cement paint surface.

Painting (one or more coats) on rain water ,soil waste and vent pipe and fittings with anticorrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand and manufecture on old work:100 mm diametre pipes

Painting (one or more coats) on rain water ,soil waste and vent pipe and fittings with anticorrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand and manufecture on old work:150 mm diametre pipes

Lettering with black japan paint of approved brand and manufecture

Providing and filling the joints with spun yarn, cement slurry and cement mortar 1:2 ( 1 cement : 2 fine sand) in S.C.I./ C.I. Pipes :75 mm dia pipe

Providing and filling the joints with spun yarn, cement slurry and cement mortar 1:2 ( 1 cement : 2 fine sand) in S.C.I./ C.I. Pipes :110 mm dia pipe

Renewing glass panes ,with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty: Float Glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less then 10 kg /sqm)

Disposal of building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Enginineer-in-charge, beeyound 50 m initial lead for all leads including all lifts involved.

Cleaning of reinforcement from rust from the reinforceing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hour of its application with wire bush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry ,all complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.Bars up to 12 mm diametre

Providing ,mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specification and direction of Engineer -In- Charge complete in all respect.SBR Polymer (@ 10% of Cement weight) modified cementitious bond coat @ 2.2 kg cement per sqm of surface area mixed with specific proportion of approved polymer

Supply and Applying of white cement based putty up to five floor ,of appeoved brand as per direction of engineer in charge.

Providing and Fixing of M.S Peg stay for steel window with necessary fittings and nut bolts- 300 mm length.

Providing and Fixing of M.S handle for steel window with necessary fitings and nut bolts- size 125 mm length.

P/F chicken mesh on the masonary or RCC work as per the direction up to five floor . The chicken mesh should be fixed with nails/screws to the wall or RCC.

Providing and fixing with welding of reinforcement for column,beam, lintel, balconies,shelves, stairs, water tank, mumty etc.,for repair of RCC structure and structuralsSteel with connecting plate, fixing in position and applying a priming coat up to five floor with all respect complete complete.

Repairing /restoring the existing damaged steel window,ventilator by fabrication/welding/fixing the required materials such as Z section, flat, angle fittings,holdfast (steel section to be paid separately) etc for upto five floor with all respect completet. including dismantling and re fixing with concrete ,as directed by engineer-in-charge.Note- Only welding related repairing work consider in this items.

Scaffolding with bamboo for specified jobs as per direction Engineer -In Charge .
