(A) Const. and Renovation of Gorkha Rest house: Providing soling in foundation and under floor with stone/ best quality picked jhama brick, sand packed and laid to level and in panel after preparing the subgrade as directed including all labour and materials and if necessary dewatering, complete. (a) Brick on flat soling.

Plain cement concrete works with coarse aggregate of sizes 13mm to 32mm in foundation bed for footing steps, walls, brick works etc. as directed and specified including dewatering if necessary, and curing complete (shuttering where necessary shall be measured and paid separately). (a) In prop 1cement : 3 sand : 6 coarse aggregate by volume

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position reinforcement bars conforming to relevant I.S. Code for R.C.C. work/ R.B. walling including straightening, cleaning, cutting and bending to proper shapes and length as per details, supplying and binding with 20G annealed black wire and placing in position with proper blocks, supports, chairs, spacers etc. complete (upto 1st floor level). I. Super ductile TMT reinforcement bar ( Fe 500 D)

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position reinforcement bars conforming to relevant I.S. Code for R.C.C. work/ R.B. walling including straightening, cleaning, cutting and bending to proper shapes and length as per details, supplying and binding with 20G annealed black wire and placing in position with proper blocks, supports, chairs, spacers etc. complete (upto 1st floor level). ISI approved Mild steel reinforcement bar (M.S.Bar of Re 250N/mm2)

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position reinforcement bars conforming to relevant I.S. Code for R.C.C. work/ R.B. walling including straightening, cleaning, cutting and bending to proper shapes and length as per details, supplying and binding with 20G annealed black wire and placing in position with proper blocks, supports, chairs, spacers etc. complete (upto 1st floor level). Providing form work of 12mm thick plywood board so as to give a rough finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc hight of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.0 m and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in: 3.2.1.1. Colums, pillars, posts & strut of square/rectangular/polygonal in plan or any shape like Tee/L etc.having plane vertical face.

Providing form work of 12mm thick plywood board so as to give a rough finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc hight of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.0 m and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in: 3.2.1.2. Sides and soffits of beams,beam haunchings, cantilever, girders, bressumers, lintels and horizontal ties.

Providing form work of 12mm thick plywood board so as to give a rough finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc hight of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.0 m and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in: 3.2.1.3. Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings, cantelever slabs, chajjas,balconies and the like. (a) Floors etc. upto 200mm in thickness.

Providing and laying plain/reinforced cement concrete works cement coarse sand & 20mm down graded stone aggregate including dewatering if necessary and curing complete but excluding cost of from work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work. Providing fiting and fixing powder coated pressed steel door frame made of 1.25mm/1.6mm thick sheet of various sizes with necessary hinge jamb, lock jamb, head and steel base ties at the bottom of the frame. The whole frame shall be welded or rigid ly fixed togheter by mechanical means with base ties of pressed mild steel angle of size 20x20x1.25mm thick. Frame to be up with 1:4:4 PCC after fitting the frame with brick/concrete works etc. complete as directed for all levels. Providing, fitting and fixing factory made wooden panelled doors with panel inserts of 75mm to 50mm width and 12mm to 20mm thickness,joined together with continous tongue and groove joints glued together with Movicol or other approved adhesive leaving a vertical groove of 7.5mm to 15mm between the inserts,the edges of panel inserts being feather tongue into styles and rails including providing three pairs of oxidised M.S butt hinges (100mm x75 mm x3.55mm) and furnishing with moulded timber beading of size 25mmx15mm around the panels complete as per drawing (moulded timber bead and all fittings except hinges to be paid separately) I. Pre construction anti - termite treatment at the bottom of foundation pits and walls on either side up to a height of 300mm from bottom of the excavation made for column plinth beam, wall, trenches etc. by applying the emulsion @ 5 (five) litres per square meter of the surface area before starting construction work (supplying of necessary tools and accessories by the contractor) as per the direction of the Department complete. a) with aqueous emulsion having concentration 1:19 with chloropirophose solution (tricel or euivalent) and water, i.e. 1% solution.

Plan cement concrete floor base in propl.:6 laid alternate bays specified with coasre agg of size 13 mm to 32 mm including dewatering if necessary and curing etc complete. C) 100 mm thick

18mm thick marble stone slab flooring of size 1200 x 1200 including treads and risers of steps, skirting laid over 20mm thick base of cement plaster 1:6 (1cement: 6 coarse sand) laid and joined with grey cement slurry including rubbing and polishing complete with marble slab of specified quality and shade at all levels. Supplying, fitting and fixing of satin finished stainless steel grafe 304 railing systrm comprising of baluster and 110 x 60 mm base plate with provision of 4 nos holes, 2 nos double glass holder made of SS 304 to be provided in each baluster with center distance of 440 mm vertically and 140 mm horizontally. 10 mm toughened glass of 550 mm height to install in the glass holder as per site requirements. The hand rail of 50mm dia to be installed to the baluster using SS Screw at 50mm center distance. The average distance between 2 baluster to be 1000 mm and the ht of railing is 840 mm . Cement plaster skirting with cement mortar in prop. 1:3 finished with a floating coat of neat cement including rounding of junction with floor. (a) 15mm thick.

Providing plinth protection with brick flat laid in cement mortar 1:4 and finished with 15mm thick cement plaster in prop 1:2 with a floating coat of neat cement finish.

Providing drain with cement concrete (1:3:6) 10cm thick sides 10cm thick bed over brick flat soiling including 15mm thick cement plastering in prop 1:3: finished with a floating coat of cement slurry as directed with necessary shuttering for sides and earth work in excavation of foundation trenches and refilling the sides after completion of work etc. as specified. (i) 300mm wide and average 150mm deep with bed slope 1 in 150 with initial depth of 100mm.

Providing surface preparation for walls, celling etc.using average 1.50 mm thick plaster of paris including clearing, rubbing with sand paper, filling gaps, depression etc. where necessary, with chalk powder and and plaster of paris paste, making the surface even and smooth complete at all levels as specified and directed.

Oil bound Distempering Distempering two coats with oil bond distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on new wall surface top an even shade, over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brooming the surface free from morter droppimgs and other foreign matter and including preparing surface even and sand papered somooth. Applying priming coat over new steel and other metal surface with ready mixed red lead/red oxide primer after preparing thr surface by throughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes, fine steels, wood scrapers and sand paper (a) surface over 100mm in grith/width

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surface with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac/DUCO) to give an even shade including cleaning the surfaces of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping. a) Surface over 100 mm in width or girth.
