Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as perconditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of MCB DB/TPN any type including MCB SP/SPN and making good of wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) copper conductor FRLS cable (multi-stranded) PVC insulated and unsheathed electric cable 1100 volts drawn through PVC casing and caping of suitable size (as per conductor run) with all fittings and accessories and including PVC insulated unsheathed electric cable 1100 volts 1.5 Sqmm (multi-stranded) copper conductor single core (green colour) as continuous earth wire connected to common earth dolly including 50mm deep box made out of 2nd class hard wood board of suitable size and shape and other boxes for mounting light fittings etc covered with 3mm thick plastic laminated Hylum ISI marked for following complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Screw used for fixing TW baords, casing and caping ceiling rose, square blocks etc should be nickel cadmium screws.

Supply and fixing LED light fitting mirror type with high out put diffuser 2 feet, 10 watt 220 V AC decorative type with driver holder and LED lamp including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Exhaust fan with louvers of size 3000mm sweep, 1200 RPM, 230 volts (single phase) plastic type complete with bolts, nuts & washers, embedded in the wall including provisioning of three core flexiable copper cord of size 23/0.0076 of required length from ceiling rose or connector to Exhaust fan for connection, complete all as specified & directed

Taking out un-serviceable/faulty cable/service connection cable of any grade / type / class of any size for repair / replacement from pole / wall / cable duct under ground trench etc for re-use or removal from site of work all as specified and as directed. (Note- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply, laying, fixing, passing through pipe or laid in trenches and testing underground XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross section area 25 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, fixing, passing through pipe or laid in trenches and testing underground XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross section area 16 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtrs in depth for laying of cable, fixing of stay etc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 in depth and getting out in hard/dence soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to underground cables using new dry river sand laid in trenches 8cm thick below the cable and 15cm thick above the cable after laying and stretching the cable complete, punned to 18cm, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness of 18cms shall be measured for payment.

M&L Un-reinforced precast factory made concreate cable covers, class LV type-I, with flat size 250x150x40 mm Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying/fixing, GI pipe medium grade 40 mm bore (dia)including all type fittings fixed on walls/to poles with clamps /laid in trenches as cable protection all as specified and directed.

S&F of electrical water heating system/Hamam of capacity 500 Ltrs with boiler and Glass wool insulation of 25mm thickness to be provided between outer and inner sheet. 100mm dia MS pipes is to be be fitted in centre which will act as heater. One direct water connection for inlet of water. Funnel for pouring water manually to be provided. One over flow pipe, 2 outlet of hot water from the boiler to be provided. Inner chamber is to be painted with boiler paint and external steel surface are to be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide incl necessary components like stand for hamam complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Air termination, single pointed, Copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Copper strip 20 x 3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screw etc. for roof conductors and and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with copper earth plate 60 x 60 cm x 3.15mm thick electrode buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth using copper earth strip 20×3mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Test point terminal block of Copper strip complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct Schedule of Credit of Rs (-) 32,052.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II. Contract Sum shall be arrived after deducting the credit amount. Note :- Tenderers will not quote against this item being a firm amount.
