Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors, etc.

Taking down ceiling fans of any size/sweep after disconnecting the wire from existing ceiling rose and refixing the same after cleaning dust, oiling, greasing including providing flexible cable from ceiling rose to connector of fan complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down exhaust fans of any size/sweep after disconnecting the wire from existing ceiling rose and refixing the same after cleaning dust, oiling, greasing including providing flexible cable from ceiling rose to connector of fan complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for flame proof point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS with 1.5 sqmm two nos single core PVC insulated but unsheathed FRLS cable, 1100 volts grade, ISI-694 marked with multistranded copper conductor and earth continuity wire with similar 1.5 Sqmm cable (including connecting to earth dolly) drawn through heavy duty ISI marked ERW stove enamelled, steel conduit concealed in wall suitable for flame proof wiring, not less than 20mm dia with and including flame proof bends and elbows, couplers, bell mouth reducer , junction box all as per relevant IS and type tested/ approved by CMRI Dhanbad all as specified for One light point /power point/ fan point controlled by one no. FLP rotatory switch complete al as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L in repair for submain wiring with approved colour coding as per IS with single core PVC insulated but unsheathed FRLS cable of specified size multistranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade IS-694 marked drawn through through heavy duty ISI marked surface mounted ERW stove enamelled, steel conduit suitable for flame proof wiring, not less than 20mm dia with and including flame proof bends and elbows, couplers, bell mouth reducer, junction box all as per relevant IS all as specified complete for the following size:-

2 runs of 4 Sqmm size main cable and one run of 4 Sqmm size earth continuity conductor

2 runs of 2.5 Sqmm size main cable and one run of 2.5 Sqmm size earth continuity conductor

Taking down of existing flame proof tube light fittings from wall & refixing the same flame proof fitting at the same/other location including replacement of necessary polycarbonate LED tube 4 feet, 18/ 20W complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down of existing flame proof midbay bulk head light fittings from false ceiling of shed No 22 (Gurth) & refixing the same flame proof fitting at the same location after necessary repair complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - (a) Minor spare parts required for repairs deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (b) If the taken down light fitting is found unserviceable by Engineer-in-charge then flame proof bulkhead light fitting shall be replaced with new fittings. The new midbay bulkhead light fitting will be measured and paid separately as supplied only under relevant items of BOQ.

Supply only LED 60W Flame proof midbay bulk head light fitting properly earthed suitable for hazardous locations of zone 1 & 2, Ex 'd' with relevant IS & IP65 protection complete with all mounting attachements all as specified.

S&F in repair new flame proof and wheather proof Switch rotary type with termination box in LM6, 16A, single pole 250V suitable for hazardous locations of zone 1 & 2, Ex 'd' with relevant IS & IP65 protection complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair new flame proof and wheather proof Switch rotary type with termination box in LM6, 16A, double pole 250V suitable for hazardous locations of zone 1 & 2, Ex 'd' with relevant IS & IP65 protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair, knob as per OEM’s specification for switch flame proof rotary type, 16A single pole 250V, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair new flame proof and wheather proof Switch rotary type with termination box in LM6, 25A, double pole 250V suitable for hazardous locations of zone 1 & 2, Ex 'd' with relevant IS & IP65 protection complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair new flameproof and wheather proof Flame proof fan regulator for flame proof ceiling fans of size 48'' suitable for hazardous locations of zone 1 & 2, Ex 'd' with relevant IS & IP65 protection complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair flameproof switch socket & plug combined in LM6 cable termination box in LM6, 16A,250V, 2P+earth for connection of 3 phase 415V rating equipment suitable upto 10 HP power connection complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair flexible steel conduit suitable for flame proof wiring, not less than 20mm dia all as per sample kept in GE Office.

Supply and fixing in repair LED tube light fitting 1x16/20 Watt flame proof, CMRI certified recommended for ammunition shed, suitable for hazardous location of Zone 1 & 2 and IP 65 protection with die cast aluminum housing with heat resistant toughened glass with LED tube light fixtures driver, holders, connector etc., complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair LED tube light fitting 2x16/20 Watt flame proof, CMRI certified recommended for ammunition shed, suitable for hazardous location of Zone 1 & 2 and IP 65 protection with die cast aluminum housing with heat resistant toughened glass with LED tube light fixtures driver, holders, connector etc., complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing in repair Flameproof cum Waterproof LED Bulk Head light fitting of 60W, properly earthed suitable for hazardous locations of zone 1 & 2, Ex ‘d’ with relevant IS & IP66 protection of Cast Aluminum alloy material and Heat and Impact resistance toughen 'A' clear glass having Anti corrosive epoxy powder coated finish complete with all accessories pre wired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair single phase flame proof whether proof Ceiling fan in cast aluminium LM6 of size upto 48 '' suitable for hazardous locations of zone 1 & 2, Ex 'd' with relevant IS & IP65 protection complete including taking down unserviceable ceiling fan and deposited MES store yard all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair single phase flame proof Exhaust fan with louvers, of size 15" (inch), 1440 RPM including fixing as per standard complete suitable for hazardous locations of zone 1 & 2, Ex 'd' with relevant IS & IP65 protection complete including taking down unserviceable Exhaust fan and deposited MES store yard all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair weather proof, flame proof distribution board approved by CMRI Dhanbad of cast aluminium alloy LM-6 MCB type TPN -4 way with 63 Amps TPN, rotory switch as incommer and MCB SP C Series 10 KA 6-32 Amps-10 nos as outgoing including aking down unserviceable DB all as specified and as dircted.

S&F in repair weather proof, flame proof distribution board approved by CMRI Dhanbad of cast aluminium alloy LM-6 MCB type SPN -8 way with 32 Amps SPN with rotory switch as incommer and MCB SP C Series 10 KA 6-32 Amps-8 nos with rotory switch as outgoing including taking down unserviceable DB all as specified and as dircted.

M&L for plate earthing with galvanised mild steel plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (in earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with the top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides and incl GI earth wirte 4 mm dia bolted (with GI nuts, bolts & check nuts) and riveted to earth plate at one end and connected to metallic bodies of equipment’s etc at the other end including 15 mm GI light grade protection pipe with all fittings from top of electrode to body of equipment fixed with iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from bottom of earth pit to top of electrode complete with earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 12 mm graded crushed stone aggregate and RCC cover complete all specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-1 including testing earth resistance and submitting test report to AGE E/M by the contractor complete all as specified & directed. Note :- (i) Earthing resistance required in earthing shall less than 3.0 Ohms after completion of work. All earthing shall be tested by the contractor in presence of Engr-in-Charge. Test result shall be recorded and signed by the contractor and Engr – in- Charge. If contractor fail to achieve the above result the same shall be rectified by the contractor without any extra cost to Govt. The earthing result will be required maintaining up to end of defect liability period of one year and if any variation found in earthing result during defect liability period same will be intimated to the contractor by Engr-in-Charge and contractor shall rectify the same. The quoted rates shall be deemed to include for above said provision. (ii) Quoted rates shall be deemed to be included for earth wire with 15 mm dia protection pipe up to 7.5 length.

Dressing/aligning of existing circuit/sub main wiring by taking down carefully existing copper/aluminium circuit/submain wiring of any size (2 runs single core and earth continuity) complete including steel conduit with fittings etc., making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc., and refixing the same in original position, complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Damaged steel conduit for replacement if any will be measured and paid separately as supplied only under relevant items of BOQ.

Supply Only 20 mm external diameter, stove enameled black, rigid steel conduit, welded all as specified.

Note:- The amount against the Schedule of Credit mentioned in the tender document shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving the Contract Sum for Acceptance.
