10 mm thick cement plaster 1 :3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand)[New HSR 11.4.2]

Cement pointing 1 :2 on lining On side slopes(HSR 14.23.2)

Providing and applying two coats white cement based putty of approved brand and manufacturer, over plastered surface and grinding the surface smooth with sand paper to get en even and smooth finish including cost and carriage of all material , labour charges, scaffolding, sundries etc. complete. [New HSR 11.58]

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready made) having VOC content less than 50 gm per litre. of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour complete. as per manufacture r's specification. (1). One or more coats on old work. [New HSR 30.34.1]

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (Ready mix) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.(1). Old work (one or more coats). [New HSR 30.25.1]

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade. (2). Old work (Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 litre/ 10sqm) on existing cement paint surface). [New HSR 30.37.1]

Regarding terracing of mud phaska covered with tiles or brick, in cement mortar by dismantling tiles or bricks, removing mudplaster, preparing the surface of mud phaska to proper slope, relaying mud plaster gobri leaping and tiles or bricks, grouted in cement mortar 1 :3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand), including replacing unserviceable tiles or bricks with new ones and disposal ofunserviceable material to the dumping ground (the cost of the new tiles or brick excluded), all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(HSR 30.9)

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to bespecified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1 :4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Size of Tile 600x600 mm(HSR 10.63.2)

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make inall colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1 :3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointingwith grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cementmixed with pigment of matching shade complete(HSR 10.58) Note 1 :-In case of any difference in the unit & nomenclature of any of the HSR items of civil,PH work depicted in this DNIT and that given in HSR,the unit and nomenclature given in HSR shall be applicable. 2. Only reputed make material will be used (Make/brand exhibited in HSR and exhibited in approved standard documents) as approved by the Engineer-in-charge,while executing various items/work at site. 3. HSR items beyond DNIT shall be paid as per HSR+Ceiling premium. No extra rate shall be payable.
