Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete HT cable cover, class HV, type 1 flat , size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing of bricks, well burnt laid flat dry for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply,Laying , jointing and testing HT underground cable in replacement heavy duty, 11000 Volts, XLPE insulated and sheathed, armoured with multi-stranded aluminium conductor cable , laid in trenches/ducts or fixed to poles/walls or laid under roads/paths/drains/culverts complete all as specified and directed of following sizes:-

Supplying, install and errect in true vertical position steel tubular swaged welded pole in replacement complete with cast iron/MS base plate 6mm thick and of size 300x300mm, final taper, pole cap, bolts, nuts, washers & screws etc. pole made out of ERW M.S. tubing conforming to IS-2713 part-II type 410 SP-55 (11.0 metre long) HT including of holes of reqd Nos and size for fixing of cross arms, painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint for exposed surfaces and two coats of black bituminous paint for portion embedded in concrete, painting three signal red colour bends at lower portion of exposed pole starting from plinth block , each band of 300mm height at 300mm spacing, painting pole No the black paint by stenciled letters/figures of 8cm height complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Supply, fixing and testing in replacement single pole non linear type lightening arrestor having rated voltage 11 KV and discharge current 65 KA suitable for 11000 volts with connecting device complete all as specified and directed.

Lopping / prooning of tree branches upto the extend to obtain clearance all around the LT over head lines / HT over head lines conductor upto 3 mtr from furthest conductor on pole including removing of cut branches and cleaning of site complete all as directed. Note :- (a). The trees branches etc will be removed from site and stack as directed by Engr-in-Charge without any extra cost. (b) Prooning of all tree branches in per Span (not less than 30 Mtr) in HT/ LT OH Line shall be measured as one Job. (c) Contractor will employ sufficient labour to complete the job with in time as directed. All responsibility will be held with him. (d) The contractor will provide proper tools and safety devices to his staff for prooning of trees.
