Earth work in excavation (cutting) by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.50 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.All kinds of soil.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.50 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.50 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) : 6graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc. complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1cement : 1.5coarse sand): 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in- charge

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars. complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts:- Hot finished welded type tubes.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates. including gusset plate and similar works complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing 10 mm thick chequered steel plates including cutting welding complete in flooring over steel frame work to be paid seperatly). including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts. complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.60 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5 x 55mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60cm overall with 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheets in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20microns over 5microns primer coating + back coat of polyster of 5microns over 5microns primer coating including fixing with self drilling screws complete and prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer in Charge . complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing valley 90cm overall 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia with prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. BP Sheet 1.66mm to 2mm thick in eaves board/ facia/ soffits/ ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in charge (Base members of steel work shall be measured and paid separtely) including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture ncluding carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Disposal of excavated earth by mechanical means upto approved dumping site of M.C. Shimla or on arranged by the contractor i.e. through all mode of transportation including head load animal load or mechanical means alongwith transportation of the unuseful material for disposing including payment of prescribed charges of dumping to the owener of dumping site through all modes of transporation including head load animal load or mechanical means alongwith its levelling, fine dressing and to complete the work by mechanized means and labour (if any required) All useful materials such as stones, aggregate and slates shall be sorted out and stacked along roads side any loss of the public/ private property during the courses of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be dully compensated by him in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
