Demolition of cement concrete not exceeding 15 cm thickness, below or above ground level of any description complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 1 above but exc 15 cm thick above Ground level. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc incl racking out joints hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc and prepared to receive new plaster complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding & removing serviceable material to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick wall finished fair & even in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick wall with mixing WPC @ 3% by wt of cement finished fair and even in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces as on ceiling even and fair complete all as specified and directed

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash on walls ,complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 8 herein before but on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for Preparation of new plastered or old undecorated surfaces of walls, cornices etc including brooming down or steel wire brushing scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent and trading oil and greasy spotsetc and applying two coat of colour washing on wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 7 to 8 mm thick non skid ceramic coloured tiles (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm as in floors etc; laid jointing in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match with shade of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM ( 1:6 ) complete all as specified and directed. Note: Colour, design and pattern shall be approved by GE(I).

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 300 x 450 x 7 mm thick on vertical surfaces; set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tile over and including 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed. Note: Colour, design and pattern shall be approved by GE(I).

M&L Granite (of any type) work, 20 mm thick (Table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like set in cement mortar (1:4), including pointing in white cement (1:2), using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade of Granite over screed bed or bedding in layer of mortar 20 mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs WC squatting pan “Orissa Pattern” of size 580 x 440 mm white with integral foot rest (excluding flushing cistern & flush pipe) including connection to trap and to flush pipes etc and lime concrete bedding complete all as specified in SSR and including S&F trap set complete all as specified and directed.Make :- Hindware / Cera / Parryware as approved by GE.

S & Fixing in repair Vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern) white ( excluding fixing bolts ,flushing cistern and flush pipe),integral floor rests ( excluding flushing cistern ) pedestal pan and trap ,including connection to drain (or outgoing pipe) and to fushing pipe ,antisyphonage pipe etc, complete all as specified and directed.Make :- Hindware / Cera / Parryware as approved by GE.

S&F in repair 10 ltrs capacity low level PVC flushing cistern, valveless, symphonic type, white,with inlet,ball float and handle including brackets complete and all as specified and directed. Make: Hindware/Cera/ Parryware as approved by GE(I)

S&F in repairs vitreous china wash hand basin white flat back, of size 550x400 mm with and including chromium plated cast copper alloy pillar tap 15 mm dia, chromium plated cast copper alloy waste coupling and PVC waste pipe 32 mm dia of 600 mm length including mild steel brackets complete all as specified and directed. Make of WHB :- Hindware / Cera / Parryware, Make of Pillar tap : Hindware/Jaquar/Plumber as approved by GE.

Supply & Fixing of Armstrong Mineral Fibre Acoustical Suspended Ceiling System with DUNE (MICRO LOOK) EDGE TILES WITH ARMSTRONG XL 15 mm EXPOSED STEEL ANGLE. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%, NRC Upto 0.5, Light Reflectance >85%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052- 0.057 w/m K, Colour White, Fire Performance Class 0/Class1 (BS 476 Part 6&7) in module size of 600 X 600 X 16 mm with Bio Block coating on the face of the tile, suitable for Green Building application, with Recycled content of 38-41%.The steel angle should be of “Armstrong” make with 15mm wide T - section flanges colour white having rotary stitching on all T sections i.e. the Main Runner, 1200 mm & 600 mm Cross Tees with a web height of 32, 27 and 27mm and a load carrying capacity of 7.5 Kgs/Sqm. The T Sections have a Galvanizing of 90 grams per Sqm & passed through 500 hrs of Salt test ,Perimeter trim to be Armstrong wall angles of size 3000x19x19mm, secured to walls at 450 mm maximum centre to centre incl 4mm dia suspension wire MS @ 1200mm C/C complete all as specified and directed according to manufacturers instruction and Complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick coloured Vitrified tiles size 600mm x600mm as in floors etc; laid jointing in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match with shade of tiles over and inclu 15 mm thick screed bed in CM ( 1:6 ) complete all as specified and directed. Note: Colour, design and pattern shall be approved by GE.

All as per Srl item No 100 above but as in skirting, dados, laid over 10 mm thick rendering of CM(1:4)

Taking down existing sunken portion treatment by demolition of old concrete(includign demolition) and carry out the sunken treatment as in following steps given below and procedure as per Appendix 'A' of Particular specifications : .

(a) S&F drainage spout pipe GI 40 mm dia bore light grade upto outside of outer wall (Approx 450 mm to 600 mm long)

(b) M&L PCC 1:1.5:3 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone agg), 50 mm thick laid in slope towards drainage out spout pipe mixed with waterproofing chemical as per manufacturer instructions of MAKE :FOSROC/SICA/ Pidilite/STP. Khurra 150mmx150mm (min) at appropriate location for free flow (of leaked water if any) towards drainage spouts shall be provided integrally while laying PCC.Fixing of spout shall be done with same PCC as in this item.

(c) M&L15 mm thick cement platster in CM 1:3 on vertical faces mixed with water proofing chemical of MAKE :301 Pidicrete URP of Dr Fixit or other techno commercially Equivalent make of SIKA/ Pidilite/FOSROC/STP

(d) Item no (c) shall be executed while concrete is green as per item no 102(b) above and proper curing and ponding test shall be done before laying drainage/water supply pipes upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

(e) Applying two coats of SIKA TOP seal 107 of SIKA or other techno commercially Equivalent make of FOSROC /Pidilite/Dr Fixit/STP on vertical as well as horizontal surface.

(f) Drainage and water supply pipe if required & test for leakage/sanitary pipes and shall be laid to slope and a clear gap underneath the pipes shall be made available by providing suitable cement concrete blocks.

(g) M&L PCC1:5:10 type E-2 using 10-40mm down graded stone aggregate as reqd depth at site over and including 150mm thick 20mm single sized stone agg to provide a filter media .

(h) M&L PCC 25 mm thick 1:2:4 typeB0 using 12.5 mm grade stone aggregate as level course.

(j) M&L for 7 to 8 mm thick non skid ceramic coloured printed tiles (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm as in floors etc; laid jointing in neat cement slurry and pointed filled with epoxy chemical make: SIKA/FOSROC/PIDILITE/ Dr Fixit/STP.mixed with pigment to match with shade of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM ( 1:6 ).

Note for item NO 102 (i) Waterproofing Treatment shall be undertaken alongwith laying of drainage pipes/Sanitary pipes/ Drainage Spout etc (ii) The work shall be carried out as per the direction of Engineer in Charge. (iii) The sunken treatment work shall only be carried out after written approval of Engineer in charge for Leakage/seepage of water/sanitary pipes. (iv) Cost of drainage spout shall deemed to be included in the item however sanitary pipe, water pipe line if required shall be paid separately under respective item. (v) Laying of Chemical required for varios applications shall be as per manufacturer instructions. (vi) Plan area shall only be measured and paid. (vii) The contractor shall give a guarantee of 10 years from the date of completion of work for sunken treatment. The amount Rs. 25.00 (Rupees Twenty five Only) per Sqm and min of Rs 2500/- for sunken treatment shall be withheld from contractor’s final bill till the expiry of guarantee period. The contractor at his own option may furnish fix deposit receipt pledged in favour of GE (I) Kanpur.
