The scope includes: Round-the-clock operation at 3 locations 24X7 and comprehensive maintenance of the centralized UPS system. Scheduled preventive maintenance visits. On-site troubleshooting and fault rectification. 24/7 continuous monitoring and supervision of UPS operations. Spare parts replacement, if required. Battery bank health monitoring and replacement of any faulty battery cells, if necessary. Firmware and software updates as per OEM recommendations. Emergency response and support.
