Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead and lift in hard gravelly soil, hard stiff clay, black cotton soil, hard red earth,shales, murram, and earth muds with 50% fair sized boulders as per SS 20B for narrow foundation.

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm metal including cost and conveyanceof all materials to work site and all labour charges etc.

Cement Concrete 1:2:4 mix using 20mm metal including cost and conveyanceof all materials to work site and all labour charges etc.

Collection and supply of sand filling from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including all labour charges for filling etc.complete,

Collection and supply of gravel from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including all labour charges for filling etc.complete,

Brick work in C.M 1:5 mix using country bricks incuding cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc.

RCC 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm metal including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc.

Supply and fabrication of steel including cost and conveyance and alla labour charges etc. complete.

Supplying and errecting for sides & soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surface in all floors including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc.column and sunshade

Cement Concrete 1:2:4 mix using 20mm metal including cost and conveyanceof all materials to work site and all labour charges etc.

Weathering coarse concrete using 20mm size broken brick jelly with in pure slaked lime over the RCC Roof in the proportion of 32 : 12 1/2 by volume laid in layer beating the concrete with the wooden batters etc as per standard specifications .

Finishing the top of roof with one course of Pressed tiles conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete for 10 Sqm

Flooring with following ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6 mm laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three M.Sand) base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Dadooing walls with following best approved quality, white / colour glazed tiles of following sizes 150mmX 150mmX 6mm set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two crushed stone M.Sand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc.,

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5, 12mm thick including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3, 10mm thick including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc.

Towards the cost of steel door of size 0.90 mx2.10m including all charges etc.
