Disconnecting & dismantling of existing unserviceable cooling tower, FRP type, 22 TR Capacity, of any description & in any position complete including dismantling all old connected parts/items like motor, FRP casing, FRP Basin, PVC filing, MS/GI Pipe line, sluice valve, stop valve, steel structure frame etc, servicing /overhauling, cleaning, oiling/greasing and fixing of serviceable parts in position, removing & replacement of defective / unserviceable parts with new parts, reassembling the cooling towers and connected parts/items fixed in position for connecting to existing system and testing at site on full load to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - (i) The replacement of defective / non-functional parts shall be measured & paid for separately as “Supply only” under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ and fixing rate for new items are deemed to include under this item. (ii) The rates for above item are deemed to include replacement of necessary unserviceable screws/ nuts/bots /washers/ packing etc.

Supply only PVC netting heavy duty for cooling tower as per sample approved by GE.

Supply only pot strainer along with filter mesh including welding of 02 Nos MS flange on both ends, nuts, bolts, washers, rubber gasket etc. complete of 50 mm size all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply only PVC filling blocks of size 600mmx 300mmx 150mm suitable for cooling tower of Make: - MIHIR/ SUVIDHA/ AVIRAT

Supply and fixing for differential oil failure switch type MP-55 complete all as specified and directed. Make : Indofoss /Renco /Pan.

Supply and fixing for LP control switch MP-1 complete all as specified and directed. Make : Indofoss / Renco / Pean.

Supply and fixing for HP control switch MP-5 complete all as specified and directed. Make : Indofoss / Renco / Pean.

Supply and fixing for ‘V’ belts of following cross section, pitch length & size A-28, including disconnection and taking down of ‘V’ belts from motors complete all as specified and directed, Make : Fenner / Hilton. (a) Cross section 13 x 08 mm & pitch length 740 mm of size A-28.

(b) V-belt of size A-28 for hot water blower at Bison APTT

(c)V-belt of size B-66 for AC Palnt AHU blower at WWR

Dismantling and taking out existing unserviceable pressure gauge of any description and in any position and supplying & fixing water pressure gauge of range 0 – 100 PSI, 100mm dia, complete all as specified & directed. Make : Fiebig / ACCEL/ Superior.

Supply and fixing for suction valve for compressor including disconnecting & taking down old existing unserviceable suction valve of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Model 050405 of make VOLTAS

Supply and fixing for high pressure discharge valve for compressor including disconnecting & taking down old existing unserviceable suction valve of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Model 050405 of make VOLTAS.

Dismantling and taking down existing micro filters of sizes 5 to 10 micron from AHU duct plenum for checking the serviceability of filter element, servicing and cleaning of filter elements, replacement of existing unserviceable filters and fixing the serviceable filters in position including preparation of the surfaces of MS cover of filters and applying one coat of synthetic enameled paint of approved colour complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The quoted rates of the contractor includes for fixing the serviceable filter elements in position and replacement of unserviceable filters with new filters. The new replaced filters shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch `A’ “as `supply only”

Supply only the following filters suitable for Air handling units of air conditioning plants all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (Make : Tenacity Filters Pvt Ltd. / Ravi Industries or equivalent make as approved by the GE) Note (i) Cost element of removing unserviceable filters fixing and testing of the new filters is deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor under respective Sch ‘A’ (ii) Contractor shall have no claim on account of variation of quantities of these items/non execution of any of the above items and contractor shall be paid for at as quoted rates only for the parts actually replaced. (a) Micro ‘V’ air filter nylon/fabric fibre, media of capacity 5 micron, 98% efficiency of size 550mm x 550mm x 300mm deep.

Supply only gland bolts made out of high carbon forged steel complete with nuts , bolts & washers suitable for any capacity of pumps of any make/model complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling , taking down existing worn out and rusted unserviceable duct including its insulation, supports etc complete.

Material and labour for fabriction of Supply air ducting made out of GI sheet of thickness 22 SWG (Zinc coating 120 gm/Sqm) and fabricated as per IS-655 including necessary bend and locking arrangements complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting, dismantling & taking up/down AC electric motors of any description and in any position from existing foundation of compressor/blowers/pumps/ cooling tower strip opening and dismantling of motor for servicing /overhauling, cleaning oiling/greasing and fixing of serviceable parts in position, removing & replacement of defective / unserviceable parts with new parts, reassembling motors, ensuring proper alignment of the motor with existing compressor / pumps/blower/cooling tower, fixing in position connecting to existing system and testing at site on full load to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge for the following capacities covered vide item 1.10 to 2.10:- (a) 0.50 HP to 1.5 HP single phase 50 Hz

Disconnecting, dismantling & taking up/down pump set and monoblock pump sets of AC plant of any description and in any position from existing foundation, strip opening and dismantling of Pumps for servicing/overhauling, cleaning oiling/ greasing and fixing of serviceable parts in position, removing & replacement of defective / unserviceable parts with new parts, reassembling the pumps ensuring proper alignment of pump, fixing in position connecting to existing system and testing at site on full load to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge for the following capacities :- (a) 0.5 HP to 1.5 HP single phase 50 Hz

Supply and fixing in repair including testing of electronic timer, time range from 3 seconds to 120 seconds suitable for 240/415 volts 50 HZ complete all as specified and directed.

Maintenance once in two months as directed by Engineer-in-charge package type AC plant3x7.5 TR (03 Units) installed at BISON APTT Make Voltas, One unit comprising of following:- (a) Condensor - 02 Nos (b) Compressor - 02 Nos (c) Blowers Motor- 1 Nos (d) Evaporator- 02 nos (e) Micro processer control panel - 01 Nos Note for srl item no. 33 & 34 :- (i) Maintenance includes ;- (a) Cleaning of all components and parts of plant, (b) Greasing of all components and parts of plant (c) Tightening of all nuts, bolts and washers etc (d) Cleaning of all filters (e) Oiling of all components and parts of plant (ii) No extra cost will be paid to the contractor for T&P and trade as required. (iii) The replacement of defective / non-functional parts shall be measured & paid for separately as “Supply only” under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ and fixing rate for new items are deemed to include under this item. (iv) The setting of design parameter of air conditioning in microprocessor control panel & maint of soft ware is include in this rate.

Servicing/maintenance of split type air conditioner of 1 to 2 ton cap any make any size which includes the following :- (i) Unscrewing the front cover of internal unit at its location and cleaning of filter/ servicing/ cleaning the entire unit with electric blower and cleaning with colin or equivalent agent including testing and refixing complete all as directed and specified by Engineer-in Charge. Note :- (i) Spare parts any reqd shall be measured and paid separetely as supply only . (ii) Labour element for fixing of any defective spare part shall be part of the item excluding major parts like compressor, gas charging, leak testing etc (iii) All the serviced AC units shall be handed over on daily basis through proper documentation . (iv) Thorough care / protection of PCB plate shall be taken to avoid any kind of damage while servicing/ cleaning or otherwise same will be repaired/replaced by contractor at his own cost. (v) Each service shall be measured and paid separetly as each job.

Servicing/maintenance of window type Air conditioner of 1 to 2 ton cap any make any size which includes the following :- (i) Taking out the entire unit from the existing location wherever installed after unscrewing front cover, packing material, ply or any type of front cover whatever it may be. (ii) Servicing/cleaning the entire unit with elect blower and cleaning with Collin or equivalent agent. (iii) Testing and refixing complete all as directed Note :- (i) Spare parts any reqd shall be measured and paid separetely as supply only . (ii) Labour element for fixing of any defective spare part shall be part of the item excluding major parts like compressor, gas charging, leak testing etc (iii) All the serviced AC units shall be handed over on daily basis through proper documentation . (iv) Thorough care / protection of PCB plate shall be taken to avoid any kind of damage while servicing/ cleaning or otherwise same will be repaired/replaced by contractor at his own cost. (v) Sealing of unit with thermocol/ packing material shall be part of the job at no extra cost . (vi) Each service shall be measured and paid separetly as each job.

Taking down of defective indoor unit of 1.5 TR capacity split type AC and supply & fixing indoor unit of the same capacity with blower motor, front grill and connecting the copper tubing by brazing, detecting leakage, rectifying the same and recharging with refrigerant gas as required to obtain adequate cooling complete all as specified and directed by EIC. Taking down of defective indoor unit of 2 TR capacity split type AC and supply & fixing indoor unit of the same capacity with blower motor, front grill and connecting the copper tubing by brazing, detecting leakage, rectifying the same and recharging with refrigerant gas as required to obtain adequate cooling complete all as specified and directed by EIC. Make: Voltas/Bluestar/Carrier

Taking down of split type AC 1.5/2 Ton complete mounting, fitting indoor & outdoor units, duly restoring the gas and refixing in new location complete all as specified and directed by EIC. Note: Extra refrigerant pipe line, electrical accessories, refrigerant where required will be measured and paid for separately

Disconnecting electric connection from defective blower motor and taking out from window type/ split AC outdoor unit capacity 1.5/2 TR of existing make, dismantling the burnt winding & rewinding of 1/6 to 1/8 HP double shaft blower motor with the existing size of super enemelled copper winding wire including insulation, varnishing, greasing, testing complete and refixing the same and testing to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out of defective wiring of indoor/ outdoor unit, PCB, visual eye damp plates, unserviceable cordless electronic remote control and fixing the new wiring, cordless electronic remote control, PCB, visual eye damp plate in place of damaged items of split AC of capacity 1.5 TR/ 2TR including matching the existing system complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge, Make: Voltas/Blue Star/LG/Carrier

Taking down old unserviceble compressor of any make/model from deep freezer and supply and fixing new sealed compressor in place of old compressor, replacing liquid line filter and capillary tube suitable for refrigrant with necessary brazing work, including charging of refrigerant R 22/R 134 to obtain adequate cooling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Make: Blue Star/LG/Kirloskar

Taking down old unserviceble compressor of any make/model from refrigerator of capacity 165 / 180 / 240 / 300 / 310 L and supply and fixing new sealed compressor of same make in place of old compressor, replacing liquid line filter and capillary tube suitable for refrigrant with necessary brazing work, including charging of refrigerant R 22/R 134 to obtain adequate cooling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing Contactor Single phase 230V CTR, 25A, type MR 11W Cat No CS94176 of L&T or equivalent suitable for upto 5 KVA voltage stabilizer of make AE/V Guard/ Ranutrol/ ABB/ Legrand/ L&T/ BCH complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing Reversible valve for split AC 1.5 TR for effective functioning in heating mode to achieve desired room condition, in repairs, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply & fixing Reversible valve for split AC 2 TR for effective functioning in heating mode to achieve desired room condition, in repairs, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply & fixing Metal clad plug & socket outlet 20 Amp, in repairs, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply & fixing MCB single pole ISI marked conforming to `C' series for incoming and outgoing conneciton of 6 to 32 Amps, 240 Volts, 10 kA breaking capacity complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

Supplying and charging (Top up) refrigerant R- 410A/407C for Split AC / Window AC in required quantity for desired cooling complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supply and charging gas R-134A for top up for regrigerator/deep freezer of any make and capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note for srl item no 1 to 85 : (i) All repair work shall be carried out only by authorised person qualified in the relevant trade (ii) Make of components replacement if not specifically mentioned in the relevant item same shall be of the existing make.
