Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, using old size bricks, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item 2 here-in-before but except bricks.

Material and labour for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls in cement mortar 1:4, using old size bricks, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item 4 here-in-before but except bricks.

Taking down cement plaster of any description any thickness as in wall/dado/Skirting including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specified.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Preparation of old plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel brushing, scraping down smoke soots, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil greasy spots etc and applying two coats of weather proof paint on wall complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for Preparation of new plastered or unplastered new surface and applying two coats of weather proof paint on wall, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for taking down of existing roof treatment from roof and terrace, roughening surface of old concrete roof by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc and applying roof treatment with the following steps and specifications:- a) Applying crack seal compound of same manufacture of waterproof to fill all cracks of observed on the roof. b) Applying cement slurry over concrete surfaces @3kg/sqm. c) Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures’ instruction(not less than 3% by weight of cement) on cleaned concrete surfaces of roof and finishing the surfaces fair and even including curing the plastered surfaces for 7 days by ponding of water over the roof, (leveling course). d) Applying evenly one coat of primer coating (diluted with water in the ratio specified by Manufacturers) (min @100-110Sq Ft per liter (diluted quantity)) on the cleaned plastered surfaces. The surface shall be left for air dry for minimum period of 2-3 Hrs. e) Applying evenly one coat of elastomeric water proof coat in one direction (as specified by Manufacturers)(min@ 0.9-1.0 sqm per ltrs) and allow to air dry for 4-6 hrs before applying second coat in other direction perpendicular to the first one (as specified by Manufacturers) (min @0.9-1.0 sqm per ltrs. The total thickness of two coats shall be 0.5 to 0.6 mm. f) The whole system shall be left for air cure for min Seven days (without any movement). Make : - STP ShaliCryl LM or Dr Fixit Newcoat Ezee or Berger Home Shield PU RoofKoat or Asian Paints Smartcare Damp Proof or as equivalent approved by GE. Note : - (i) The waterproofing shall be carried out in the last stage of execution to avoid any damages during the execution. (ii) Payment against this item shall not be allowed till completion of all the stages of work for any slab. (iii) Product should confirm ASTMD-6083 (iv) The work shall be executed through well-trained applicators as per manufacturer’s instructions after obtaining written approval from the GE

Cutting holes into or through cement concrete slabs, chajjs etc reinforced concrete surfacial area not exc 100 sq cm, complete all asspecified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fix 110 mm bore, PVC rain water (SWR) drainage pipes, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls with necessary MS clamps, Nuts and bolts etc, complete all asspecified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fix 75 mm bore, PVC SWR pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls, complete all asspecified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolation of cement concrete in ground floors and paving n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all asspecified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed

Rolling and consoladating formation surfaces in cutting with hand roller 0.2 to 0.5 tonne

Material and labour for hard core with broken stone and boulders of gauge n exc 63mm, deposited spread and levelled in layers not exc 15 cm thick watered and rolled to a true surface, complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for 100mm thick cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6(40mm graded aggregate ) as in floor finishs and paving, complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for sand filling under floors in foundation including watering and consoladation, complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with greay cement and no pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thick , M-35 garde, complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for providing cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in kerb stone, complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated soil exc. 250m but n exc. 500m and depositing where directed at level not exc 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar poles) each n. exc 0.50 Cum in soft /loose, getting out,returning, filling in and rammingearthor broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil toa distance n. exc 50m and making good, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC Type C2 1:3:6(40mm graded stone aggrgate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick cement concrete type B-0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) in footing including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 15mm thhick screed bed or bedding layer CM (1:6) for laying floor finishes, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment tomatch the shade of the slab incl rubbing and polishing complete, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix of Rolled sections as in main and cross beam, hip and jack rafters, purlin where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors , fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates confirming to Fe 290 gde E-165), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix of Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified
