Supply, Erection Commissioning of VT Pump Sets of pump house at the outfall of Sahibi River Aurangabad Link Drain in Water Services Mechanical Sub Division No. 2 Jhajjar

Supply, erection & commissioning of 20 Cs. VT Axial flow VT pumps of 980 RPM having static lift 7.5 Mtr including standard delivery pipe & MS delivery bends of minimum 8 mm thickness with bituminous based paint inside & outside i/c flange welding, HT nut bolts complete in all respect as per site & as per approved technical specifications and approved make.

Supply, erection & commissioning of solid shaft 100 HP, 415 V (±10%),50 Hz (±3%), 980 RPM, IE-2, vertical flange mounted squirrel cage induction motor suitable for 20 cs VT pump with 6 mtr lift type complete in all respect as per technical specifications.

Supply erection & commissioning of MS delivery pipes 508 mm inner dia. alongwith MS bend as per site condition made of 6 mm thick MS Plate both end flanged (in>=6 mtr piece) as per approved specification & make. (i/c SS Nut-bolt, rubber Sheet 1/8" & other fitting accessories required for fitting of pumps)

Providing deep complete double side chemical earthing or plate earthing with 2 earth pits on both sides of pump house by boring & lowering 1.5" GI pipe, filling boring with charcoal, copper strips, salt & fixing base plate of chemical earthing, connecting this main earthing through copper strips /wires up to motors & panel confirming to IS- 3043 as per site requirement.
