Earth work excavation in over areas in all soil by mechanical means / manual means by mechanical means /manual means upto 1.50m deep to required profile, level, grade, camber, dressing the sides, trimming, ramming and preparing the bed for foundation including dressing of excavated area and refilling in layers consolidation etc. disposing the surplus excavated materials in side Anushaktinagar etc. complete all as per specification and directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.
Providing and laying dry rubble stone hard core soling of 150mm consolidated thickness in sub base to required levels and lines with first quality rubble, hand set, well packed including filling the interstices with smaller stone chips, supplying & finishing/blinding the surfaces with approved blinding quality murrum/ stone dust including watering, consolidation etc. complete all as specification and drawing or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Cutting bituminous road surfaces including scrappingwherever required including disposal of unserviceable materials inside of Anushaktinagar etc. complete all as specification and drawing or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and fixing 60 mm thick (min.) factory made reflective (Glossy/ Smooth finish ) interlocking paver blocks of approved make & Bruce/ Colorado shape of (M/S.Super tile or other approved Equivalent), approved colour, shade, size, shape paver blocks manufactured with cement concrete grade not less than M-35. including supplying & laying 50 mm thick well graded stone dust evenly spread over the sub base including consolidation of sub base properly vibrating with the surface vibrator, finishing to line, level and slope, finally filling the joints with fine clean sand and cleaning the surface including removing existing shahabad stone and storing serviceale materials and disposing off the debris at the designated place within the colony,including taking permission from statutory authorityetc. complete all as specification and drawing or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and fixing 80 mm thick (min.) factory made reflective (Smooth finish) interlocking paver blocks of approved make (M/S.Super tile or other Equivalent),approved colour, shade, size, shape glossy paver blocks manufactured with cement concrete grade not less than M-40. including supplying & laying 50 mm thick well graded stone dust evenly spread over the sub base including consolidation of sub base properly vibrating with th surface vibrator, finishing to line, level and slope, finally filling the joints with fine clean sand and cleaning the surface including removing existing shahabad stone and storing serviceale materials and disposing off the debris at the designated place within the colony,including taking permission from statutory authority etc complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
Providing and fixing Glosy finished coloured chequered tiles of 25 mm thick of size 300 x 300 mm laid over concrete/soling / footpath in 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:6 bedding and joined with cement slurry and grouting with pigment of matching shade including filling the joints etc. complete all as specification and drawing or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
For flooring
Labour charges for removing existing Kerb stonesand raising the bottom level by PCC 1:3:6 andrefixing the Kerb stones into line and level, jointingwith cement mortar 1:3, curing &including painting etc. complete all as specification and drawing or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and fixing Hydraulically pressed factory made kerb stones full battered from approved manufacturers like M/s Super Tiles or other approved equivalent , made up of cement concrete grade not less than M-30 and having size 500 X 325 X 125 mm , of approved including necessary form work, compaction, finishing, curing, fixing with CM 1:3, jointing and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 including earth work and 75 mm thick & 200 mm wide PCC 1:3:6 for foundation below kerb stone etc. complete all as specification and drawing or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Labour charges for removing and relaying existing 60/80mm interlocking paver blocks/ Shabad tile including supplying & laying 50 mm thick well graded stone dust evenly spread over the sub base including consolidation of sub base properly vibrating with th surface vibrator, finishing to line, level and slope, finally filling the joints with fine clean sand and cleaning the surface including removing existing shahabad stone and storing serviceale materials and disposing off the debris at the designated place within the colony,including taking permission from statutory authority etc. complete all as specification and drawing or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Painting the Kerb stones in pattern with two coats of flat oil paint of approved colour and shade over one coat of approved primer including preparing the surface wherever required and cleaning etc. complete all as specification and drawing or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing & laying Design Mix Reinforced cement concrete of M-30 grade using graded stone aggregate of 20mm max. size including mechanical mixing, placing , vibration, consolidation, finishing, curing, providing & filling expansion joints wherever necessary etc.all Complete at all floors and heights / levels, in drains / nullah as specified including dewatering, if any ( excluding cost of form work, shuttering & steel reinforcement which shall be paid in the relevent item) as per drawings , specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Extra charges for concreting with Ready Mix concrete.
Reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete conforming to IS at all floors & levels including, supplying, cutting, bending, fixing and tying in position with 1.6 mm dia soft drawn annealed binding wire including cost of binding wire, labour etc. complete all as specification and drawing or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.. Note:Binding wire required for the work will have to be supplied by the contractor & the same will not be measured for payment.
a)With high yield strength deformed bars Fe 500 grade
Providing and Laying of Plain cement concrete using graded stone aggregate of 20 mm max size including consolidation, finishing, curing, cost of form work, shuttering, centering etc. complete all as specification and drawing or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Brickwork 230 mm thick using bricks as specified with cement mortar 1:4 in superstructure including curing, raking out joints above ground level simultaneous pointing below ground level etc. complete all as specification and drawing or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
In super structure
Random rubble masonry using spotless black trap or approved locally available stone in cement mortar 1:6 including raking out joints, simultaneously flush pointing using through bond stones at every 900 mm in horizontal & vertical courses of each layer, curing etc. complete all as specification and drawing or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Rubble stone supplied by contractor
Cement plastering 20 mm thick using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix mortar in CM 1:4 of 'Roofit Mix'of M/s Premier Floor to Roof Materials pvt.ltd/ 'Easy plast' of M/s Walplast Products pvt.ltd/ 'Readiplast' of M/s Ultratech Cement Ltd/ 'Soundplast PMC-1' of M/s Sound buildcare pvt.Ltd/ or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of C:S :: 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechnical mixing with water in a metalic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the Manufacturer and applied on internal wall and ceiling finished smooth with neeru over brick walls or concrete surfaces at all floors and levels, including membrane curing by applying one coat of factory made curing compound Resikure of M/s Anuvi Chemicals, Dr. Fixit curing compound or other equivalent over repaired surfaces as per manufacturer's specification, including scaffolding and removing existing damaged/ worn out plastering and disposing off debris out side colonyetc. complete all as specification and drawing or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Raised and cut pointing to stone work with cement mortar 1:3, including raking out joints, pointing neatly and finishing the joints as specified below including curing, scaffolding etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and applying one coat of base primer (Apex Ultima protect of M/s. Asian paints or Aquatech of M/s. ICI Dulux or equivalent) and two top coats of acrylic water proof exterior coating of Weathershield flexx rainproof system of M/s. ICI Dulux or other approved equivalent make and shade over the sand face / form finished surfaces / rough cast plaster at all locations as required, thoroughly mixed and applied at an interval of 6-8 hours for each successive coats and ensure consumption of 0.47 ltr/Sqm for 3 coats,(base coat @.29 Ltr/sqm & two top coats @0.18 Ltr/sqm ) for sand face surfaces including preparation of surface, cleaning and filling the cracks and crevices with Latex caulking crack filler etc. Complete generally as per the manufacturer's specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Over sand faced plastered / Form finished surfaces
Supplying, erecting & fixing in position 8 guage G.I. concertina wire fencing to existing barbed wire fencing /masonry wall work which consist of procuring G.I. concertina of approved quality, brand and of diameter as indicated below, erecting and fixing the same to top /side of ‘Y’ shaped angle provided over coping of compound wall, fixing concertina over ground along inside of compound wall including welding / screwing concertina to M.S. ‘Y’ angle to compound wall including cost of materials, labour, scaffolding etc. complete all as specification and drawing or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
a) 600mm dia concertina to side / top of ‘Y’ shaped barbed wire fencing.
Supplying and fixing in position, 2 ply, 12 gauge, 4 spikes at 100 mm c/c G.I. barbed wire to M.S. angles / RCC wooden posts including supplying and fixing necessary ‘J’ hooks, bolts, nuts, washers, staples as required etc. including scafolding etc. complete all as per Engineer-In-charge direction.
Removing the existing fencing made with M.S.Angles post & supports ,other M.S. members covered with M.S.Weldmesh including scaffolding, cutting of structural members by gas cutting removing the nut bolts etc. complete all as specification and drawing or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and fixing in position G.I.chain link fencing of 8 gauge and mesh size of 50mm x 50mm to M.S. post including scaffolding fixing the same with necessary ‘J’ hooks, bolts , nuts, washers, staples, 6mm M.S.Fixing rods including necessary scafolding etc. complete all as specification and drawing or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and fixing structural steel M. S. Angle, M. S. Chanel, M. S. Flat etc for fencing at all levels and location as per existing design and pattern including supplying, cutting, fabricating, welding , erecting and fixing in position, including necessary scaffolding including painting whole angle with two coat of Epoxy paint of approved shade and on coat of approved epoxy primer etc. complete all as specification and drawing or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Jacketing and strengthening of R.C.C column/benches with free flow self compacting micro concrete made with Roff concrete Repair (Super flow micro concrete) manufactured by M/S. Roff construction chemical, (or) Renderoc RG manufactured by M/s. Fosroc chemicals (India) limited (or) ESSEN construction chemical or other approved equivalent make, which consist of dismantling loose concrete along with plaster, cleaning the . reinforcement thoroughly with wire brush and finally with acetone, making micro concrete by mixing prepacked dry micro concrete and water in proportion as prescribed by the manufacture, mixing them thoroughly for 5 minutes for achieving free flow state of micro concrete, pouring the micro concrete in layers, compacting the concrete by blowing strokes with 16mm steel rod curing for 10 days (curing shall be commenced immediately after 4 hours of pouring concrete) etc. including providing shuttering and disposal of debris at a location in Anushaktinagar as identified by EIC etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the EIC NOTE: Measurement shall be taken as per actual consumption of pre-packed dry micro concrete in Kg. used for structural repairing work.
Providing and laying non pressure NP2 class RCC Hume pipes of approved make, with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in proporation of 1:2 laying to the levels, slope and as per the drawing and specification and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge including testing of joints etc. complete.

Backfilling with available debris brought from various places of Anushaktinagar in trenches, plinth,etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth at a time, breaking in site 180mm or lessconsolidating each deposited layer by ramming, rolling and watering, etc. complete all as specification and drawing or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing & laying dry stone pitching 230 mm thick using locally available spotless black rubble stone of approved quality including supply of stones preparation of surface compacting mechanically by mechanical rammer/ manually, setting the stones to proper line, level or slope, etc. grouting the joints in stone pitching with cement mortar 1:4 pre mix/ready mix of 'Roofit Mix'of M/s Premier Floor to Roof Materials pvt.ltd/ 'Easy plast' of M/s Walplast Products pvt.ltd/ 'Readiplast' of M/s Ultratech Cement Ltd or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of C:S :: 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 & pointing the surface with the same mortar making edges properly etc. etc. complete all as specification and drawing or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Removing carefully the existing flush door shutters and refixing the same to its position after laying concrete at flooring including cutting the shutters at bottom portion as per site condition, lipping the cut exposed surface with teak wood lipping including nails, screws, adhesive etc complete all as dierected by the Engineer in charge.
Providing and applying one coat of base coat (Floor coat Emulsion of M/s. Indigo paints or other approved equivalent) and two top coats of Floor coat Emulsion coating of Indigo paints or other approved equivalent make and shade over the Paver blocks at all locations as required, as per manufaturer's specification including preparation of surface, cleaning surfaces with waterjet etc. all Complete as directed by the EIC.
