Construction work of asphalt road from Alapur to Bakhriya Link Road in development block Sarwankheda village Serua.

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from available land as permitted and approved by Engineer-in-Charge and as per Technical Specification Clause 301.3.4.1, with all lifts and leads, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification clause 301.5 as per SOR 2023-24 Ch-26 S.no.14

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes (45 - 63 mm gauge) to water bound macadam (WBM-2) as Levelling Coat specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per MORD per Technical Specification Clause 405

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes (22.4-53 mm guage) to water bound macadam (WBM-3) specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 405.

Edging with M-150 Class Bricks, Laid dry lengthwise, including excavation, refilling consolidation, with a hnad packing and spreading nearly surplus earth within a lead of 50 meter including cost of bricks, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen (VG-10) using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded Premix Carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen (VG-10) to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in suitable plant, laying and finishing with paver finisher and compaction with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by Seal Coat 'Type-C' as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 508

Providing and laying Seal Coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using 'Type-C' as per Technical Specification Clause 510
