Maintenance of Lawns in Visweswaraya and Thiagaraja sector at Anupuram Township during the year 2026 - 2027.

Maintenance of lawns, flower beds, hedges, trees in garden area by watering at regular intervals, cutting and trimming the unwanted growth of grasses as required including running lawn mover, removing weeds, collecting the cut grass, cleaning and sweeping of lawn area, fallen leaves of trees and disposing the same at dumping yards as shown by the department, watering the trees both inside & outside the garden area complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge. Note: 1) The rate shall include the cost of hire charges of lorry and labour for transporting of cut grass, leaves etc., to the dumping yard. 2) The rate shall also includes cost of all tools, plants, water delivery hose required for gardening and measures to be taken to prevent the entry of goats, cattles, etc., 3) The rate quoted shall be per Sq.m area maintained per month. 4) Contractor has to make his own arrangements for lawn movers. If departmental lawn mover is available it will be provided by department on chargeable basis. 5) If lawn mover is not used, then recovery at the rate of 30 paise/Sq.m per month will be charged as penalty from each RA Bill. 6) For every 1800 Sq.m. of lawn area, contractor should engage minimum 1 Labour for regular maintenance. 7) The area to be maintained per month is 23200 Sq.m. As such, total area to be maintained under this contract is 12 Months x 23200 Sq.m = 278400 Sq.m. 8) The AECS school lawn area to be maintained per month is 2700 Sq.m. As such, total area to be maintained under this contract is 10 Months x 2700 Sq.m = 27000 Sq.m.

Maintenance of Nursery including watering the plants, mixing garden earth manure, filling pits, preparing potted plants sowing seeds, interculturing propagating seedling and new saplings in polythene bags, transferring it to potted plants later, removing weeds, trimmings including disposing of unwanted vegetations etc., transporting cut wild grass etc., in contractor's own arranged lorries to dumping yard and disposing them as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: 1) The rate quoted shall be per Sq.m area maintained per month. 2) The rate quoted shall include the cost of hire charges of lorry and labour for loading, unloading, transporting of cut wild grass to dumping yard and disposal. 3) The rate quoted shall also include the cost of all tools, plants, water delivery hose required for gardening. 4) The cost of poly bags, flower pots will be paid for seperately under relevant item. 5) The area to be maintained per month is 2600 Sq.m. As such, total area to be maintained under this contract is 12 Months x 2600 Sq.m = 31200 Sq.m. 6) For every 850 Sq.m. of Nursery area, contractor should engage minimum one Labour per day for regular maintenance.

Collection, Supplying and stacking of good quality Red earth without stones, gravel, etc., and stacking for premeasurements at places as shown by Engineer for taking premeasurements including spreading the same at places shown with a lead upto 100 metres and filling in pits etc.,complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Collection, supplying and stacking of decomposed dry farmyard manure without undesirable materials, stacking the same at places shown by Engineer for taking pre measurements including spreading the same at places shown with a lead upto 100 metres and filling in pits etc., complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Collection, stacking and spreading of dry leaves manure (collected from dry leaves processing yard) without undesirable materials, stacking the same at places shown by Engineer for taking pre measurements including spreading the same at palces shown with a lead upto 2 km and filling pits etc., allcomplete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer - In - Charge.

Supplying and spraying of approved weedicide of make Glyphosate, Glufosinate, Paraquat or other approved equivalent make, using power sprayer for effective control and prevention of weeds in garden areas, including the cost of weedicide, labour, power sprayer, water, mixing, spraying and all other incidental charges, etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- 1) Every time spraying area shall be measured for payment. 2) The contractor shall spray weedicide on paver area once in two months.
