Description of items and specification of work to be excuted.

Taking and lowering down and replacement of the broken, cracked & missing chhajja stones by providing & fixing the 50mm thick avg. thickness (Bijoliya stone) including making the grooves & joints and interlocking with S.S. Rod (Nail) and anchoring pin with lime mortar as per original etc complete.
Providing and fixing the red stone flooring 50mm thickness (Banshi Paharpur Quarry) fine chiselled dressed stone flooring over 20mm thick lime mortar 1:1:1 (1lime : 1 C.sand : 1 Surkhi) mixed with colour pigment with joint finished etc complete.
Providing and fixing 40- 50 mm avg thick red sand sone Jali and railing with fine chiselled dressed work with geometrical pattern matching to the original including supply of all material and labour complete in all respect.
Earth work in excavation by manually in foundation including dressing, levelling, ramming of bottom and disposal of surplus excavated soil within a lead of 50 mtr etc complete.
Provision for restoration / underpinning & water tightening by random rubble stone masonry on old structures with lime surkhi mortar 1:1:1 (1 lime : 1 surkhi : 1 C. sand) mixed with adhesive material by collecting /new stones as per original etc. complete
Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, upto 7 storey height made with 40mm dia. M.S. tube 1.5m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a servicable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevation area of the scaffolding shall be measured for the payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding with as per directions given by Engineer-in-charge
