Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5mtr in depth for foundation of pole and laying of UG cable and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 mtr wide but exc 1.5mtr in depth for foundation of pole and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in and including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm completed all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Sub Class 'B' brick covering protection to the electric cable laid dry flat transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning with width equal to length of brick complete all as specified

Supply & filling sand cushioning to underground cable 8 cm before laying the electric cable and 15 cm after laying the cable complete all as specified considering as per SSR 1991 of part -I

M&L for PCC ( 1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for coping pedestal of pole Including necessary form work fair finished to exposed surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC ( 1 : 3 : 6 ) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of poles and stay assembly, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for supply and fixing Steel tubular swaged pole in replacement , complete with cast iron plate, bolt, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (09 mtr long) with 250mmx250mmx6mm mild steel base plate continuously welded to Pole, bolts, nuts and screws and making holes as per requirement all as specified including factory painted with two coats black bituminous paint internally throughout and externally for embedded portion and applying one coat of red oxide primer, making 05 Nos strips each 30cm high with super enamel paint (Black and Yellow/white) from ground level/coping, up to 1.5M and painting to rest pole with two coats of aluminum paint for the remaining height including taking out old pole, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Excavation, earth work and PCC in coping/foundation shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and fixing in replacement aluminum conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) Ferret/of size 6/1x3.00 mm /of size 6/1x2.59 mm (weasal) and 6/1x2.11 mm of . for LT lines on concrete poles, stretching without kinks and bends, binding with (rates inclusive) binding wire complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- The rate also include the dismantling of old conductor, insulators, earth wire, stay wire etc.

Restretching of existing loose OH,LT ACSR conductor wire including GI wire along the span of poles for sagging within the permissible limit,(five/four/two wire line), including binding/rebinding/joining with Aluminum winding wire in case of breakage of conductor, size of binding wire shall not be less than 2 sqmm complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Nothing extra is admissible on account of jointing material and labour in case the conductor breaks during the stretching. (ii) The Number of wires between pole to pole shall be consider as one span and no claim on this account is admissible.(iii) The item shall be execute only after site visit and written approval of GE .

M&L for trimming /cutting tree branches with clearing space upto 2 meter from the over head conductor system all around for LT distribution system , and as directed. Note : (i) The item shall be executed on written approval of GE for places of trimming (ii) The contractor shall take electric shutdown before start work from main station and start line after trimming of tree and informed to the JE/Engineer-In-Charge accordingly.

S&F in replacement of structural steel work conforming to grade Fe-410S as in cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections, including, nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat , one finishing coat of aluminum paint and epoxy coating, including taking down old corroded structural steel all as directed. NOTE: - The quoted rate also includes the provision of dismantling of old structural steel items.

S & F in shackle type, vitreous Insulator including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washerrs,and one galvanized iron nut, 100 mm height, 115 mm dia ,suitable for 1100 Volt, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for stay assembly complete comprising of 20mm dia 40cm long stay bow rod 20mm dia x 1.8 Mtr long galvanized stay rod threaded with nuts, including 300mmx300mmx6mm thick plate necessary clamps etc as shown on plate No. 1 on page 495 of SSR Part-I, 2009 complete including taking down unserviceable stay assembly . ( Note : Loop type insulator, stay clamp, stay wire, excavation and concrete work measured separately).

S&F galvanized steel stranded stay wire size 7/4mm for stay assembly, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F loop type insulator with complete fitting porcelain, vitreous white or brown large size with over all dimensions 90x140mm, clearance of hole 25.5mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate eletrode 600mmx600mm and 6mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level with top edges, of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to the galvanize Iron earth lead 32mmx6mm (GI Strip) size, by means of bolts, nuts, check buts and washers of galvanized iron and 32mmx6 mm earth lead protected by provision of GI medium grade pipe 40 mm bore including provision of aggregates with 40 mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) , reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 kg per sqmm) and frame of angle iron 40mmx40mmx3mm and with 6 mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI light grade 20mm bore pipe of suitable length for watering perforated at bottom placed on top edged of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in distance not exceeding 50 mtr and removal of surplus soil to plate No 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connecting to feeder pillars and Transformer all as specified including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with G.l earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm and 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below GL) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below the normal ground level connecting to galvanized earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel and earth lead protected by provision of GI medium grade pipe 15mm bore including 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 40mmx40mmx6mm with 6mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI light grade 20mm bore pipe for watering of suitable length placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, with fixing arrangements, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter complete all as per plate No 03 of SSR-2009 Part-I and connecting to earth test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

M&L for painting of MS cross arms as existing site made out of angle iron /MS channel and clamp in position fixed to PCC/steel pole 9 meter long with 2 coat of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide as primer after scraping existing painted surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint up to 1.5 meter above the ground level with black and yellow colour alternatively 30 cm interval from bottom of pole of 9 meter tubular Poles, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Painting of steel pole 9 meter long in position with 2 coat of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer after scraping the existing painted surface and writing pole number by black paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Laying new cable in replacement of old as in trenches or passing through pipe or fixing to pole/wall UG cable XLPE 120 sqmm 3.5 core, PVC insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminum conductor,1100 Volts grade, cross section area are as under of Make- Havells/polycab/KEI/RPG including disconnecting and taking out old unserviceable LT cable.Note : (I) Earth work/ sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately .

Supply and fix in replacement of PVC line phase separators for over head line LT conductor of any size suitable to stand 1100 volts to maintain the required spacing between 5 conductors complete all as per site requirement and all as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of old unserviceable power factor improving capacitor of capacity 15 KVAR suitable for fixing inside the existing LT feeder Pillar box complete including all fixing arrangements all as specified and as directed.

M&L in replacement of MCCB 100 amps, 4 pole, 25 KA, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of MCCB 200 amps, 4 pole, 36 KA, complete all as specified and directed.
