Supply, install, testing & commissioning of LT control panel board "out-door type" of size 1800 mm (height) x 1500 mm (breadth) x 500 mm (depth) (minimum dimensions), factory fabricated CPRI approved (type-tested) with suitable neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust & vermin proof & degree of protection not less than IP-55 & general construction confirming to IS-13947, double door, front & back openable. The panel shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation & high grade Copper bus-bar wrapped with coloured PVC tape /sleeves of rating in conformity to the Incoming ACB/MCCB rating. The panel board shall be fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick (for outer portions) & 2.00 mm thick (for inner portions) CRCA sheet duly pre-treated & powder coated, supporting angle iron frame of size 50X50X6mm fixed at 75 cm height from groud level & MC channel base suitable for 3 Phase, 4 wire system 415 /440 volts grade including complete internal wiring with not less than 2.5 Sqmm copper wire including cable glands and lugs of suitable sizes with suitable PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 foundation , necessary earthwork (if any) complete all as specified & as directed with & including the following accessories :

The panel board shall be fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick (for outer portions) & 2.00 mm thick (for inner portions) CRCA sheet duly pre-treated & powder coated, supporting angle iron frame & MC channel base suitable for 3 Phase, 4 wire system 415 /440 volts grade including I/C & O/G cable opening on bottom & at both sides including cable glands of suitable sizes with suitable PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 foundation , necessary earthwork (if any) incl Incoming MCCB of 63 Amps in seprate portion complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for shifting the existing panel/Changeover boxes alongwith MC Channel ang angle iron frame, to a place directed by Engr-in-Charge incl making suitable fixing arrangement and isolating the existing cables properly incl making connections of Cables at New Location with suitable Lugs and Glands complete all as specified and directed. The Rate Quoted by contractor is deemed to be inclusive of transportation cost of panel from existing location to New location including necessary PCC Work for fixing LT panel.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for taking out/laying of UG Cables, GI Pipe etc. and getting out in Soft/loose soil complete.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning factory made and tested AMF Panel 62.5 KVA with Byepass arrangement for Main & DG both Outdoor type, platform mounted, suitable for 415 Volts 3 Phase and neutral, 4 wire, 50Hz AC supply system having bus bar with insulated sleeves Copper bus bars of 150 Amps rating. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, protection class ( IP-54 ) and made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet, suitable supporting angle iron frame of size 50X50X6mm fixed at 75 cm height from groud level & MC channel base), front opening type with proper ferrule & cable gland, internal wiring with PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor PVC wire of adequate size but not less than 1.5 sqmm complete. All steel metal works including frame shall be with anticorrosive coating with seven tank process and finally epoxy polyester powder coating of Siemens grey shade 7035 embedded in ground with and including bocks of PCC 1:2:4 type B1 of block size 30x30x30 cm, The scope of work also comprising of the following:-

NOTE for Item Nos 32 & 33.33 : 1) Design / drawing / BOM of the AMF Panel Board duly showing the dimensions & accessories is to be obtained from the Manufacturer / Supplier & is to be got approved from the Engr-In-Charge & GE before placing final order to the manufacturer.

2) The electrical connection of digital Multi Functional Meter in the AMF panel is to be done from load side so that monitoring of various parameters viz. Voltage, Current, KW, KVA, power factor, frequency etc. can be done for both SEB mains & DG mains.

5) Existing DG for which the AMF Panels is required is of rating 120 KVA & 62.5,Subject AMF Panels shall be perfectly compatible for the existing DG Set & same must be suitable for Automatic Load Transfer from EB Supply to DG Supply & Vice-Versa.

Dismantling of ACSR conductor of any size/type from existing PCC/Steel poles all as directed by Engr - in - charge at site.

Dismantling of insulators of any size/type from existing PCC/Steel poles all as directed by Engr - in - charge at site.

Dismantling of Iron Cross Arms Angel/channel of any size/type from existing PCC/Steel poles along with clamps and Nut/bolts all as directed by Engr - in - charge at site.

Material and labour for taking down Old Unserviceable LT UG Cable/service cable of any size/type incl all Accessories
