Note: 1. Price quoted by the bidder against each line item shall remain firm throughout the entire duration of the contract. 2. The quantities provided against each line item are tentative and for estimation purpose only. Item-wise quantities may vary within the total contract value during the execution of the contract as per actual requirement.There is no minimum payment guarantee and payment shall be made as per actual execution of job. 3. No separate charges shall be paid for Crane, Farana etc. for tube bundle puller job. Hence, the Contractor shall consider charges for tube bundle puller job in SOR accordingly. 4. No separate charges shall be paid for Crane, Farana, etc. for removal, installation and shifting of Equipment. Hence, the Contractor shall consider charges for removal, installation and shifting of Equipment in SOR accordingly. 5. Bidders may kindly note that all the 19 Unskilled contract labour {(=04 MOU + 15 Minimum wage contract labour with job security)} engaged in the existing contract by the existing contractor need to be compulsorily re-absorbed (Please refer Additional Special Conditions of Contract & other annexures of tender document for details). The bidder shall not quote for Part B of SOR. The value mentioned in SOR Part B will be re-imbursed as per the terms and conditions of additional SCC. 6. Before bidding, prospective bidders are advised to visit the plant and familiarize themselves with technical and contractual aspects of the job and quote their item wise prices accordingly considering estimated deployment of 19 nos. of UNSKILLED contract labour workmen as mentioned above as well as cost of equipment, machinery, tools, tackles, consumables, etc. required to perform the activities listed in the SOW to the satisfaction of ONGC. 7. The contractor shall pay for gratuity of workers as per conditions of Additional SCC of tender documents
