Eligibility Criteria

Declaration by the bidder that he has studied the site conditions, labour conditions and read bid documents and related matters carefully and diligently and that he has submitted the bid having studied, understood and accepted the full implications of the agreement

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

The Bidder should possess the following valid statutory registrations. Agency shall furnish scanned copy and upload in technical bid. On demand Original shall be produced for verification. Registration of Establishment/firm/company/individual issued by Govt. competent authority. PF Registration. ESI Registration

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Technical Criteria

Past Experience

The intending bidder should have experience in the field of Supply / Erection, Testing & Commissioning of MS or MSRL bulk acid storage tanks to Thermal power plants / Steel plants /Processing industries. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar nature of work as a prime contractor in a single work order of value not less than Rs.8.75 Lakhs in any one year during preceding five years (i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26). As a documental proof, the intending bidder shall furnish work order and satisfactory work done certificate for the same work certified by the competent authority (Scanned copy of original documents to be uploaded).

The intending bidder should have experience in the field of Supply/Erection, Testing & Commissioning of MS or MSRL bulk acid storage tanks to Thermal power plants / Steel plants/Processing industries. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar nature of work as a prime contractor in a single work order of value not less than Rs.8.75 Lakhs in any one year during preceding five years (i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26). Financial Turnover Values of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of the financial year in which the tender is invited.
