REMOVING OF OLD UNSERVICEABLE PLY TOP AND FIXING OF NEW PLY TOP IN CHARPOY GI PIPE HELD FOR PBORs AND OTM ACCN UNDER GE (EAST) MATHURA

Removal of existing unserviceable material carefully without disturbing the adjoining parts from furniture articles as mentioned in the schedule and supply and fixing new parts as per given specification and drawing after tightening the joints, pinning, screwing, nailing, wedging, glueing, providing hinges, placing every part in-tact including polishing/painting the entire article with standard workmanship complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (a) All furniture items is to be painted /poilshed only after making the entire item intact by tightening the joints. (b) Work will be executed where the furniture exist in different User Units/Md accns of GE (East) Mathura including BSO's Furniture Yard as directed.

CHARPOY GI PIPE PLY TOP : FD-2220

Removing the defective/unserviceable ply top from GI charpoy and providing new 12 mm thick plywood top BWR Grade (Make: Century Ply/Greenply/Archidply/Kit Ply) with 4mm dia 65mm long machine made shunken nut/bolts on GI pipe and runners including providing 12mm x 6mm thick 2nd class hard wood beading half round along with the edges of plywood duly smoothened and rounded at corner fixed with fevicol and headless nails complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair MS Flat iron of size 40x5mm welded to and between long rail length equal to width of GI charpoy and drilling two holes for nut bolts and applying two coat of black colour synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for removing the existing defective long rail of GI Charpoy and fixing new Long rail of 32 mm dia Medium grade GI pipe including cutting and threading and providing three holes of appropriate size in each rail by electric drill machine complete all As Specified and directed. M&L for removing the existing/defective unserviceable short rail of GI Charpoy and fixing the short rail 32mm dia made out of the pipe retrived from serial item No 2.03 here-in-before including cutting threading etc and providing two holes of appropriate size in each short rail by electric drill machine as required and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for removing the defective unservicable legs of GI pipe charpoy and fixig the legs of 32mm dia GI pipe made out of the pipe retrived from serial item No 2.04 here-in-before including cutting threading etc as required and providing MS plate of flat iron 3mm thick and 36mm dia welded to leg bottom and clamp 02 Nos for MNF set and applying two coats of synthetic enamel black paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer over steel surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair GI Elbow 3 way 32mm dia medium grade ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Check nuts 32mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair MS plate of flat iron of 3mm thick and 36mm dia welded to leg bottom of GI Charpoy pipe and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for running Welding in repair n exc 25mm in length wherever required as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

CHARPOY GI PIPE NYLONE NEWAR : FD-220

M&L for removing old unserviceable Nylon newar from Charpoy GI Pipe, tightening of loose components of GI charpoy and S&F 12mm thick plywood BWR Grade (Make: Century Ply/Greenply /Archidply/Kit Ply) of required size fixed with mild steel galvanised iron nuts and bolts of required size of suitable length including providing 12 mm x 6mm thick 2nd class Hard wood beading half round along with the edges of the plywood and rounded at corners to be fixed with fevicol and headless nails including welded three stiffeners 900 mm long made out of MS flat iron, 40x5 mm between long rail duly painted with two coat of black colour synthetic enamel paint over and including a one coat of red oxide primer & providing three holes in each long rail, two Nos in each short rail and runner of suitable size with drill machine and ply top fixed with machine made with semi circular top 4mm dia 65mm long nut & bolts with washers complete (10 Nos) with steel washers (03 Nos at each long rail, 02 Nos at each short rail) and (02 Nos at each flat iron in between long rails) for fixing of plywood top complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
