Facility Executive -Tech (Civil/ — "Providing Facility Executive-Tech (Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical) with qualification of Degree/ Diploma in Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering.The executive shall have Degree in Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineer with Minimum 3 year relevant experience or Diploma Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical engineer with Minimum 5 years’ experience in Civil construction/ Civil Maintenance Field/ Electrical Maintenance Field.He Should have strong computer skills (MS Word / Excel / Power Point etc.). Facility Executive-Soft — "Providing Facility Executive-soft for housekeeping, Pest Control and other allied services with Graduate Preferably Facility Management / HospitalityHe should have Minimum 4 years relevant experience & minimum 1 year as a Executive (Soft) in a reputed industry or hospitality sector.He Should have strong computer skills (MS Word / Excel / Power Point etc.). Should have an excellent communication skill with good presentation skills."

Fitness Trainer — "Providing GYM trainner with Fitness Trainner Certificate with Min 3 year exeperiance.The Gym instructor (he/she) to be provided should possess knowledge of :-1) Diets & Dieting.2) Kinesiology (How the body moves) in order to impart the knowledge to the trainees.3) Warm ups, dymanic stretching, cool downs & developmental stretching.4) Body Anatomy & Phsiology.5) Utilisation of functional & innovative gym equipment.6) Use of Cardiovascular equipment and the promotion of the activity.7) Obesity & combatting the obesogenic environment.8) Energy requirements & metabolic calculations. 9) Basic nutrition and its relation to health, fats carbohydrates & protein.10) Understanding food labels so as to impart the knowledge to the trainees.11) Physical activity.12) Goal Targetting & Time Management.13) Physchology of eating & eating habits & necessary changes to be made.14) Process knowledge of working out with groups & individuals.15) Massaging & first aid in case of injuries."

Life Guard — "Providing lifeguards who are certified to work as lifeguard by Govt. approved Institutes and are experienced, disciplined and decent Lifeguard (Skilled labour category) for working in 2 shiftsfrom 6.00 AM to 10.00 PM at HPNE in 2 Shift operations per day) at the swimming pool of the HP Nagar East Housing Complex Recreational Club premises. Life guard shall be proficient in Swimming. Contractor has to submit competency certificate for lifeguards employed. Lifeguards are considered as Skilled Manpower. One trained life guard shall be on duty in each shift i.e. total two Nos of trained Life Guard in two shifts i.e. From 6.00 am to 2.00 pm (one life guard)and from 2.00 pm to 10.00 pm (second life guard) on all days of the months."

Pump Operator - Club House — Providing a Pump Operator for Swimming Pool, fountain, jaccuzi, fish pond, etc. at HPNE as per Tender Specifications.

Pitch Curator — PITCH CURATOR SERVICES, SCOPE OF JOB: CRICKET PITCH MAINTENANCE AND DEVELOPMENT AT HPNW AND HPNE JOB INCLUDES DEVELOPMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF CRICKET GROUNDS AT HP NAGAR WEST HOUSING COMPLEX, HP NAGAR EAST HOUSING COMPLEX, 30 YARDS CIRCLE AND FIVE PITCHES (INCLUDING PRACTICE PITCHES) / WICKETS, ROLLING, WATERING, LEVELLING OF ENTIRE GROUND ETC COMPLETE. SCOPE INCLUDES PROVIDING TECHNICAL GUIDANCE, INSTRUCTIONS, CURATOR SERVICE AND SUPERVISION (SUPERVISOR AND HELPER). DURING SCHEDULED MATCHES CURATOR SHOULD PRESENT AT CRICKET GROUND AND HELP IN SMOOTH PROGRESS OF MATCHES. ALL MATERIAL, TOOLS, TACKLES, ROLLERS, OTHER EQUIPMENT REQUIRED FOR DEVELOPMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF CRICKET PITCH/WICKETS AND 30 YARD CIRCLE WILL BE ARRANGED AND PROVIDED BY HPCL. HOWEVER, THE PARTY HAS TO CO-ORDINATE WITH THE HPNHC OFFICIALS FOR THESE SERVICES IN ADVANCE AND SHALL GIVE WRITTEN REQUEST. VENDOR SHOULD KEEP ALL THE EQUIPMENT IN GOOD WORKING CONDITION AND IN CASE OF ANY DEFECT/MALFUNCTIONING SHOULD BE INFORMED (IN WRITING) TO HPNHC OFFICE IMMEDIATELY. CURATOR HAS TO KEEP THE PITCH AND GROUND READY FOR COMPETITIVE MATCHES AS PER THE INSTRUCTIONS OF HPNHC OFFICE. THE VENDOR SHOULD RECORD THE SCHEDULE/RESULT OF ALL MATCHES PLAYED DURING THE CONTRACT PERIOD. AINTENANCE SERVICES FOR THE GROUND PORTION USED FOR FOOTBALL SCOPE MAINLY INCLUDES PROVIDING TECHNICAL GUIDANCE, INSTRUCTIONS AND SUPERVISION (SUPERVISOR AND HELPER) FOR MAINTENANCE OF THE GROUND PORTION USED FOR FOOTBALL. PROVIDING LABOUR SERVICE FOR WATERING AND OTHER RELATED ACTIVITIES FOR THE PORTION OF THE GROUND USED FOR FOOTBALL. PAYMENT SHALL BE MADE ON MONTHLY BASIS.
