Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)
Executed in any one year the following minimum quantities of work (Cement Concrete - xxxx cum, Earthwork - xxxx cum, etc) (80% of peak rate of construction)
Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year
Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year
Owning the following key and critical equipment for this work (xxxx, xxxx, xxxx)
Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. xxxxxx Lakhs (estimated cash flow for 3 months of peak construction period)
Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)
List of existing commitments and ongoing works

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five financial years i.e. 2021-22 to 2025-26 The Tenderer Executed in any one year, should have satisfactorily executed following minimum quantity of Works a)Providing, fixing and commissioning of vacuum Blowers-8 Nos b) Providing, fixing and commissioning of Flash Mixers-1nos
To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five financial years i.e. 2021-22 to 2025-26 a)As prime contractor, should have satisfactorily completed at least one work of Supply, erection, testing and commissioning or Up gradation Electro-Mechanical Equipments in Water Treatment Plant of value not less than Rs. 228.68 lakhs.
Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under Assessed available tender capacity equal to (AXNX1.5-B) where A is Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to 2026-27 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. B is Value, at 2026-27 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 1 years (period of completion of the works for which Tenders are invited) and N is Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited.
Liquid assets or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.115 Lakhs (Credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificates from Nationalized/schedule banks in India for meeting the fund requirement etc.

Providing and fixing of DI Double flanged wafer type (Concentric) / double eccentrically disc, Resilent seated Butterfly valves confoming to BS EN 593 / IS 13095 with shaft shall be of stainless steel AISI 410/431/420 and Renewable soft seal on the disc and body seat face of nickel weld overlay micro finished/Bolted External Seat of SS 304 / CF8 with Powder or liquid epoxy coating with minimum thickness of 250 microns applied on both body and disc inside and outside. Fce to face dimensions as per EN 558-1 Basic series 14 (DIN 3203 F4) or AWWA C 504 : 80 or IS 13095. The valves shall be supplied along with the required number of standard make galvanized Bolts and nuits. The flange drilling standard is IS 1538. hence, drilling of hole in the valves shall match with the pipe flange drilling standard, the valves are to be suitabale for buried operaion with the gear box sealed and lubricated for life time opration.
