GES/PKT/120/2025-26 REPAIR TO FLOORING, PLASTERING, JOINERY, PLUMBING OF TOILETS IN OTM ACCN OF REGT UNDER GE SOUTH PATHANKOT

M&L liquid water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab incld dismantling of existing treatment of any description in following procedure : (a) Laying 10mm thick rendering in Cement mortar 1:4 mixed with WPC 3% by weight of cement on fair faces of concrete roof surfaces , finished even and fair to receive treatment on roof Complete (b) Applying first coat fiber reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane formulated with PU hybrid polymers and reinforcing acrylic fibers with sun reflective index (SRI) of 100-110, having minimum elongation of 350%, tensile strength 2.9 Mpa and shall have reack bridging ability upto 2.5mm and shall resist 10 bars of hydrostatic pressure reduce surface temperature upto 10 degree celsius with 3.3% dilution as priming coat (c) laying of fiber mesh 0.3mm thickness weave in leno pattern having weight 4.5 gm/ Sqm and pasting it properly with overlap of 50mm and allow it to dry (d) Applying second coat undiluted @ 0.45 ltr/ sqm as directed by Engr-in-Charge (e) Applying third and final coat undiluted @ 0.45 ltr/ sqm as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (The rate includes for filling cracks in existing roof with cement putty using suitable bonding agent (shalcrate 42) before laying cement plaster).

Demolition of Concrete of any description (unreinforced) and in any position, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with and including integral water proofing compound @ 3% weight of cement as in padding over roof slab for providing proper slope, and finishing the surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick brick tiles bedded in cement mortar (1:6), 15mm thick and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of cruded oil by weight of cement including dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for roughening old surfaces of concrete by picking, sweeping clean and washing with water and rendering dubbing coat over damaged irregular surface of chajjas roof projections ceiling facia etc average 15mm thick in cm 1:4 over cement slurry coat thick @ 3 Kg/sqm making the surface even followed by 5mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 furnished even & smooth including making of drip course as required complete all as specified and directed. Note : Quoted rates includes rates for the form work if required.

Disconnecting existing tanks, exc 250 ltr n exc 500 ltr setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position, complete all as specified & directed

S&F Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted fixed in position all as specified in SSR part-I, capacity of tank 500 ltr incl inlet and outlet connection 20mm dia and 15mm dia GI pipes medium grade respectively 20mm GI pipe medium grade over flow pipe 15cm long and PTMT valve 20mm high pressure with polyethylene float and fly nuts including dismantling water tanks (capacity of tank exc. 250 ltr but n. exc. 500 ltr) and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted fixed in position all as specified in SSR part-I, capacity of tank 1000 ltr incl inlet and outlet connection 20mm dia and 15mm dia GI pipes medium grade respectively 20mm GI pipe medium grade over flow pipe 15cm long and PTMT valve 20mm high pressure with polyethylene float and fly nuts including dismantling water tanks (capacity of tank exc. 500 ltr but n. exc. 1000 ltr) and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down GI pipes 15mm bore and connection including cleaning for refixing or removal un-serviceable pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down GI pipes 20mm bore and connection including cleaning for refixing or removal un-serviceable pipe, complete all as specified and directed.
