Keeping the effluent lines in working condition & maintain from theft free the effluent collection lines of phase 01 of Industrial zone & disposal line from CETP to Kham river including protection of chamber covers from theft & damages & watch the lines round the clock etc. complete.

Excavation for foundation in earth, soil of all types, sand, gravel and soft murum, including removing the excavated material up to a distance of 50 m. beyond the building area and stacking and spreading as directed, dewatering, preparing the bed for the foundation and necessary back filling, ramming, watering including shoring and strutting etc. complete. (Lift upto 0.00 to 1.50 m.) By Manual Means

Dewatering the excavated trenches and pools of water in the building trenches / pipeline trenches, well works by using pumps and other devices including disposing off water to safe distance as directed by Engineer-in-charge (including cost of machinery, labour, fuel), etc. complete. (Bd-A-9/261)

Removing and cleaning choke up of drainage lines of all diameters by mechanical means or manually for all depths including necessary, excavation, dewatering, tools plants, machinery, labour, safety devices, shoes and hand gloves to labour, rope, ladder, disposing the waste removed from drainage lines to a suitable place within 100 m lead etc. complete. ( Rates excluding GST)

Removing choke up and cleaning of drainage manhole chambers of 1.00 m and 1.20 m (inside) dia of all depths using mechanically means or manually including dewatering, using all labour, machinery, safety devices, shoes and hand gloves to labour, rope, ladder, disposing the waste to a suitable place within 100 m etc. complete.

Supply of JCB on hire basis including fuel & Operator etc.

Providing & fixing in position Ultra -1000 PE graded manhole suitable for sewer / drainage lines 1.0m inner diameter consisting of inbuilt ladder with axil load of 10Mt. capacity, GRP light duty frame and cover at top including accessories for inlet outlets of 160, 200,250 and 315mm pipes as per requirement & with minimum accessories including loading, unloading and fixing in position with concrete to arrest uplift force with providing all rings sealent with reducer and two in situ connections 110mm at top as per requirement for minimum depth of 1200mm depth etc. complete.
