Excavation in foundations, trenches etc.in all kind of earth including their intermidate classification such as Pick work,jumper work.Blasting work,soft rock including chieling/welding cut of rock where blasting is prohibited,soft rock or hard rock,including bailing/pumping out water wherever possible/required by the Engineer -in-Charge from the edge of excavtion & then returncked soil in 15cm. layers,when required into plinths sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited layerby ramming & watering & then deposing of all surplus excavted earth in all leads & lifts including to the dumping site as will be decided by the Engineer -in-Charge.

P/L reinforced cement concrete 1:1½:3( one cement : one and half sand : three graded crushed hard stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty milimeter) nominal size) ,mechanically mixed vibrated and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in foundation footing basis of columns and the like mask concrete as per H.P. PWD. Specification 1990 (One thousand Nine hundred Ninety) Volume-1 (One), including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads lifts.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections/hollow sections etc., trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works:- as per HP.PWD., Specifications includng carriage of materials, labour, tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate including of octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing hard drawn steel wire fabric 75x25 mm mesh of weight not less than 7.75 Kg per sqm to window frames etc. including 62x19 mm beading of second class teak wood and priming coat with approved steel primer all complete including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads lifts.

Painting two coats (excluding priming cost on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint white brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust and other foregin matter paint complete as per HP.PWD., Specifications of 1990 volume-I includng carriage of materials, labour, tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.The rate including of octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.
