Part I :- Dismantling of Single layer Mangalore pattern or similar tiles in roofing portions bedded in lime or cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Battens spaced exc 15cm for tiles, shingles etc, of any size including tilting fillets complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, trusses etc in unframed works complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of timber fillets under 40 sq. cm in section., in any position fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc in framed works. Complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Demolition of brick/stone masonry walls built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, retaining walls etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for laterite stone masonary of squared rubble, regular coursed well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses, hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n exc. 20mm of squared ruble masonry regular coursed.

M & L rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick/stone wall or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster in any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for 15mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 on external surfaces stone or concrete surfaces with using water proofing compound finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for three coat of white wash on new palstered or undecorated surface of wall including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment including preparation surface by washing, rubbing down or on newly plastered surfaces and applying two coat of weather proof acrylic emulsion exterior paint over a coat of weather proof acrylic emulsion exterior primer.

Material and Labour for preparation of old surface including complete removal of existing treatment of external walls and applying 2 coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer and shade match with old paint on other surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

M & L for applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of chalk whiting as preparatoy to distemper including prepration of new surface or unplastered surfaces of wall with applying 3mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of chalk whiting as preparatoy to distemper including prepration of old decorated surfaces of wall with applying 3mm thick wall care putty by complete removal of existing treatment complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying two coat of white wash on old decorated surfaces of walls and cornices including brooming, scrapping down with steel scrapper smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets any thickness, including cover fillets all as complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S & F Anodised aluminium snap grid (605mm x 605mm) frame work with Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long and including necessary bolts, nuts and washers for false ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for 6mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to Aluminium framework with screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. (Note:- Aluminium frame work considered in item No 20 above)

M&L for cutting holes in stone walls exc. half brick but not exc one brick built in cement mortar or in cement lime mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion incement mortar 1:3 orcement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 as required complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for dismantling of boarding of any description and fixed in any position with screws and refixing of 6mm thick non asbestos fiber cement building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to aluminium framework with screw including refixing of anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling flat or sloping complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying two coat of OBD on new or undecorated surfaces of ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying one coat of OBD on old surfaces of ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down timber roof trussess clear span above 4m & up to 8m, coupled rafters or truss beam complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings stging for water tanks and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. of Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality A complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of post or struts (RCC) any section inclduing taking out embedded position of concrete and making good disturbed ground or portion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S & F compound girders and stanchions, coloumns, lattice girders, aerial masts, staging for water tanks and the like including caps, bases, slices etc. built up from two or more beams or channel sections or angles with plates, including all lattice bars and, stiffeners, gusset plates etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour cement concrete Type B2, 1:2:4 (using 40mm graded aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

S&F for rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality A complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild steel flat iron as in hold fast 25x6 mm confirming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

Demolition of PCC not Exc 15cm thickness ( below and above ground level ) including floor finishes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, surface finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for 75mm cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 using 40mm graded aggregate as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing) removing serviceable tile to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for Coloured non skid ceramic tile 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match,including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 300mmx200mmx6-7mm set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over 10mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 as a backing coat of vertical surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S & F in repair Galvanised steel tubing 25 mm bore medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

S & F in repair Galvanised steel tubing 20 mm bore medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

S & F in repair Galvanised steel water tubing 15 mm bore medium grade with all fittings concealed including cutting chases to brick wall/ceiling or laying in floors and making good complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

S & F in repair stop valves, cast copper alloy 15 mm bore high pressure with crutch or butter fly handle for iron pipe or for union and complete fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

All as per item No 44 above but stop cock CP with long shank and cup concealed type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

S & F in repair stop valves, cast copper alloy 20 mm bore high pressure with crutch or butter fly handle for iron pipe or for union and complete fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

All as per Sl Item No. 48 here in before but exceeding 1.5 Sqm and not exceeding 4.00 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

S & F 2nd class hard wood plain solid straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed, rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

M & L for preparation of wood & wood based materials, steel & iron work, new or old and treating with tar or coal tar paint ends of posts, back of chowkats etc area of tarred exc 0.10 Sqm but n.exc 0.50 Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

M & L for preparation wood & wood based materials, steel & iron work, new or old and treating with tar or coal tar paint small articles, area tarred n.exc 0.10 Sqm each such as hold fasts end of posts, back of chowkhats complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

S & F solid PVC door frames of size 50mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm thick plain/printed coloured PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube all as per specification & drg in SSR Pt II 2004 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

S & F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (styles) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC "C" Channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cementfor styles & plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitten in the MS frame welded/sealed to the styles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading & jointed together with solvent cement, complete all as specified and shown in drgs in SSR Pt II 2004 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

S & F aluminum anodized window shutter including frame having fixed and lovered type ventilator, any type (sliding or open-able ) with frame , & other similar work etc fabricated by using the JINDAL / CENTURY section including necessary arrangement for sliding and locking & to receive 3mm thick sheet glass or wire mesh with aluminium channel beading & stainless steel screws including the cost of rubber gasket / rubber beading and all necessary fitting like mortice lock, aluminium tower bolt, handle, stopper, hinges etc complete . But the weight of the rubber gasket / beading will not be measured with weight of aluminium shutter complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Note :- Sheet glass & wire mesh shall be measured & paid separately

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden/ Aluminium shutters/frames or stone, concrete or brick sorrounds, glazed with oil putty or fixed with beads.

Supply & fix sheet glass ordinary quality 4mm thick and glazed with oil putty or fixed with beads in square n.exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

Supply & Fix 3mm thick figured glass, pin head type and glazing with oil putty or fixed with beads in suqares n.exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 Sqm and not exc 2 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 30mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

S & F 100mm long stainless steel butt hinges complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

Preparation of new or previously untreated, wooden surface of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

M & L for Preparation of old painted wooden surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Alu. Anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section 100mm long dia. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

Demolition of RCC concrete of any description and in any position for portion ordered to be dismantled by Engineer in charge complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC 1: 1.5 : 3 (nominal mix) type A1 20mm graded aggregate as in lintels, slabs staging for water tanks etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape reqd including cranking bending, spirally for hooping for columns, henking end and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

Ditto all as per item No. 70 herein before but 6 to 8 mm dia bars as in distribution bars complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

Dismantling of water tank capacity exc 250 & n exc 500 Ltrs and removing to store complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

S & F in repairs of soap dish vitreous china coloured approximate size (160mmx160mmx90mm) fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Chequred cement colured tiles 200x200x25mm thick set & jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over & inluding screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20mm thick for laying floor finish in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface using broken stone or boulders complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n. exc. 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc getting out hard/desne soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm Hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Removing of surplus spoil n. exc. 50 M & depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.50 M above the starting level in soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying 2 coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed bed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and beewax polishing and 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete.

M & L for machine cut kota stone slab in riser of steps, skirting, dado 20-25mm thick on vertical wall aurface over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror wax polishing complete with 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel frame work confirming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165, such as grills gratings etc, with ends of bars shouldered and or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, and similar work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

S & F curtain rails 19mm dia anodised aluminium alloy with brackets stops rollers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening sufaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In charge.

S&F roofing turbo ventilators top made up from aluminium with shaft of stainless steel and throat size 600mm fixed on sloping roof ot any place and any height and of any description with necessay duct or shaft for connection between opeing of false ceiling to roof top or up to turbo ventilators including cutting equipments for cutting and sealing of roof top complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring of light, fan, socket 5/15A or power point complete including fittings such as switches, ceiling rose, pendant, regulator, socket, lamp holders, brackets, lamp fittings, tube light fittings etc including switch boards and making good disturbed surfaces of wall/ceiling etc so as to match with the existing wall/ceiling/floors etc completely all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully sub main wiring including copper/aluminium/GI earth continuity conductor and making good disturbed surfaces all as directed of any sizes.

Taking down MCB DBs with MCBs of any size and capacty alongwith teadwood boards incl all fittings/furniture carefully and making good disturbe dsurfaces of wall

M & L for point wiring with proper colour coding complete with and including PVC insulated ,unsheathed,flexible, bright annealed multi stranded copper conductor single core FRLS cables 1.5sqmm 1100 volts grade drawn through and including heavy grade rigid PVC conduit 20mm or higher dia as required at site ,totally concealed in walls /floors/ceiling and surfaces on trusse by means of saddles & clips etc including all conduit accessoriesc /fiitting/junction box/inspection covers etc of heavy grade ,ISI marked and sunk terminal boxes of factory made 16SWG pressed steel housing ,totally concealed in walls with 3mm thick industrial laminated sheet top cover ,fixed flush with wall surface by means of brass screws and sunk/cupwashers,for mounting of switches ,sockets,fan regulator etc ;including 1.5sqmm 1100 volts grade PVC insulated FRLS ,unsheathed flexible ,multi stranded copper conductor cable as continious earth wire connected to metallic bodies of luminiaries/fan etc at one end to common earth dolly at other end,all as specified and directed For one light point controlled by one switch.
