M&L for conducting of seismic audit of the various Md Accn with following scope of works and test (1) To visually inspect the site. (2) To collect appropriate data as required for structure audit. (3) To take any measurement if required for structure audit. (4) To study the architectural and structural drawings are available with clients. (5) To prepare such architectural drawings by taking measurements at side which are not available with client (6) To do photographic survey of the building. (7) To study the structural system of the building. (8) To do survey of structural system by Rapid visual screening as per IS 13935:2009 and 5988:2013. (9) To study the defects in structural elements etc and marking of critical stress areas. (10) Identification of broad area/location in the structure requiring further detail investigation and for conducting various ND tests. (11) To mark all photographs and structural defects on drawings. (12) To conduct slab profile test if required. (13) To conduct the push over analysis and checking the structure design in view of latest IS codes. (14) To compare the structure existing of the building and structure as per latest codes if required make comparative statement. (15) To conduct seepage/leakage survey and look out for defects in other services in the building which are affecting the structural system. (16) To perform all non destructive (ND) testing required in the building. (17) Diagnosis & root cause analysis of the problem/observations. (18) To submit a detailed report of inspection done along with interpretation of test report results. (19) To submit status of stability of the structure. (20) To suggest repair require in the structure. (21) To suggest strengthening/retro-fitting of structure or recommendation for demolition. (22) To suggest method of structure strengthening/retro-fitting the NDT testing to do:- (a) Rebound Hammer, (b) UPV, (c) Core Test, ( (d) Crack Pattern (e) Carbonation, (f) PH value, (g) Ferro Scan, (h) Rebar Location, (i) Crack Pattern, (j) GPR for Foundation, (k) Brick Strength Test, (l) Other Test as required and submit test result etc duly vetted from any govt approved engg college/NITcomplete as per direction for Engineer–in-charge for following type of building :-

P-14 (Chatter Box)

Consultancy for soil investigation for (i). P-14-2 (No.) (ii) P- 182/2-2 (No.) (iii) P-118 -2 (No.) The scope of work is as under:-

(i) Mobilization & Demobilization of all requied equiptment and adequate number of the boring Machines and entire accessories etc to the site of work (including labour accommodation).

(ii) Determining SBC of soil for Provn of P-14,P-182/2,P-118 by performing standard penetration test as per IS 2131 by boring/drilling 100 mm dia bore hole upto 10 metre depth from NGL or refusal along with SPT at every change in stratum or at depth 1.00 m, 1.50 m, 2.00 m from NGL all as per IS 2131-1981 (reaffirmed 1991). Arrangement for drilling /boring must be catered for by agency and open pits will not be allowed.

Carrying out SPT with special attention to following Clasues of the IS:- (a) Eqpt used shall provide a clean bore hole, 100 mm in dia to ensure that the penetration test is performed on undisturbed soil and shall permit driving of split spoon sampler to obtain penetration record alongwith samples as specified is IS code procedure. (b) While driving casing, it shall not be driven below the level at whitch the test is to be carried out or from where the sample is to be taken. (c) In case wash boring is adapted for cleaning of the borehole, only side discharge bit are permitted, a bottom discarge bit is not permitted while boring through soil which may get disturbed by flow of water while boring above water table level. (d) Collection of undisturbed sample at every 1.00 m depth interval as well as at any change of strata, including waxing, sealing, packing, transporting to the lab.

(e) Conducting necessary tests mentioned below which includes the Soil Bearing Capacity (SBC) : - (i) Atterberg's limits (IS 2720 Part-5) (ii) Wet and Dry Density (iii) Soil Particle size distribution using sieve analysis/Hydrometer analysis (iv) Tri-axial shear test C-determination (v) Shrinkage test (vi) Consolidation test (vii) Specific Gravity test (viii) Crushing strength of rocks samples (ix) Permeability test (x) Chemical analysis of ground water sample (min 2 samples) (xi) Free swell index (xii) Chemical analysis of soil (xiii) Natural Moisture content.

(f) Compilation of data and submission of report 4 Copies (as per NBC 2016, Part 6, Section 2, Para 3.5) containing Scope of investigation, method of drilling bore holes, sampling from bore hole, visiual description of soil sample, ground levels along with ground water table levels, test results (both laboratory and field) including graphs, photographs of equipment including drilling/boring rigs and samples collected photos, Section profile of sub strata, analysis of field and lab Investigation results.

Note : The report shall be vetted from any govt approved Engg Institute/NIT.
