SPL REPAIR TO BLDG NO P-195, P-196, P-197 AND P-198 AT ZANGLI GRN UNDER GE 874 EWS

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, of any description including necessary scaffolding etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on other then fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 is to be finished even and smooth with water proofing compound (without using extra lime or cement) including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5mm thick rendering in cement 1:3 on fair faces of concrete surface with finished surface even and smooth in ceiling/ RCC water tank & sunshade, chajjas etc. complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparing new plastered/ unplastered surfaces of walls and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over chalk whiting, white or tinted over a coat of 2mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L non - skid coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
