Supplying, fabricating and fixing MS Structural Members by cutting, welding, with Bolts & Nuts etc. in position as directed at the site, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position by welding/bolting/riveting etc., in the existing wall / slab / beam and making the disturbed portion good and as directed including all labour, materials, tools, equipments, tackles, scaffolding etc., complete.
Painting the MS Structural Members with 2 coats of coal tar epoxy paint 100 micron dry film over coat of zinc rich epoxy primer 40 micron all as directed including all labour, materials, tools, equipments, tackles, scaffolding etc., complete. Note: The brand and shade of the Primer and Paint should be get approved by the Engineer-in-Charge
Providing and fixing Aluminium Zinc Alloy coated sheet (Galvalume) of standard size available in the market of Total coated thickness (TCT) of 0.47mm – 0.50mm for roofing with coating thickness not less than 150gsm and tensile strength not less than 550 MPa. The steel shall have a Zinc- Aluminium alloy coating of 55% Al, 43.4 Zn % with normal profile, the sheets shall be fastened with the structural system using self drilling steel screws coated with tin and zinc, Stitch Screws or Crest screws as required shall be adopted. Using Screws in valleys (especially in roof) is not permitted. Good quality EPDM washers and caps shall be used all as directed including all labour, material, equipments, tools, plants, etc. complete. Note: 1. The measurement of the sheet area will be measured for the area covering the roof. 2. The lap area will not be measured for payment. 3. The length of the sheet will measured aligned which includes bend portion.
