S&F 0.50 mm thick Pre- painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain colour sheet having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ridges/cladding etc with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing & fixing false ceiling at all heights with semi perforated 12mm thick micro tegular edged GRG (Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of Size 595 x 595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRC0.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225:1987, Noncombustible as per BS 476 (part 4 )-1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main- T runners of size 15 x 32 mm of length 3000mm,cross-T of size 15x 32mm of length 1200mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15 x 32 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of s1ze 600x 600mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e 50mm long, 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000mm length and Lshape level adjuster of size 85x25x2mm. M&L for Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/Ceosetory windows & other Frames/Chowkhat of size 65x100 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms)fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum comp ressive strength of 58 N/mm2 , modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant 152 SECTION 8 and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Rate includes M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners ). Note: For WPC solid door/window frames,minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth with liquid water proofing compound @ 0.40% by the weight of cement on wall complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Liquid WPC Measured and paid seperately)

M&L for preparation of newly plastered / unplastered surfaces of walls and two coats acrylic interior emulsion paint having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Water proofing treatment on "Non approachable / non accessible and approachable roof" surface (Horizontal, sloped & Vertical surfaces) in following sequence through manufacturer / authorized applicator of the manufacturer (i) Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 kg/ Sqm incl cleaning surfaces. (ii) Laying /unrolled over the bitumen coated surface, APP based polymeric membrane minimumweighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thickreinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. notless than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surfaceby forced application complete all as specified with 100 mm over laps shall be sealed by flame as per manufacturers instruction. (iii) Applying two coats of bituminous aluminium paint including preparation complete

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0( using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate), in floor and steps, landing etc. including finishing the surface even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 on roof surface with WPC complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid seprately

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (Using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) in roof padding/kerbs/sunken slab etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound, ISI marked.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc.

S & F for Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) complete with Fe-410- W(Gde- E-250) quality- B complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete with Fe-410- W(Gde- E-250) quality- B complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for 1.25 mm Mild steel, plain, black sheet in steel gates, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or priviously untreated steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paintover a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Treatment for damaged projection of roof or chajjas comprising the following specification and as directed. (a) Dismantling and stripping the damaged concrete of Internal Roof plaster by light chiseling and other manual methods until damage surfaces clean up. That might affect adhesion are to be removed by wire brushing. The entire exposed surface shall be washed thoroughly with Clean water and then allowed to dry. (b) Exposing the corroded reinforcement completely along its full circumference, cleaned to remove all loose scale and corrosion deposit applying rust removing chemical followed by removing the rust by sand paper and cleaning the area thoroughly by water and allow it to dry. ( Dr. FIXIT / Fosroc / SIKA / Asian paint ) (c) Supply and Application of Epoxy Zinc Rich primer on the Prepared Reinforced surface after electro welding of it’s sectional area by brush , the primer should have a minimum specific gravity 1.75. Minimum Wet film thickness /coat 100 microns & Dry film thickness / coat 40 microns. Minimum Adhesive bond strength with steel is 1.5 N/mm2. ( Dr. FIXIT / Fosroc / SIKA / Asian Paint ) (d) A general purpose Epoxy Bonding agent to be applied on the concrete surface before the application of free flow non-shrink cementitious micro concrete mortar. The bonding agent should have minimum compressive strength 40 N/mm2 as per BS6319 Part 7. Minimum Flexural Strength 25 N/mm2 as per BS 6319 Part 3 and minimum bond strength as per ASTM C88111 N/mm2 . ( Dr. Fixit / Fosroc / SIKA / Asian Paint). (e) Supply and Apply non shrink highly consistent light weight high grade polymer modified repair mortar for vertical and over head cementitious patch work mortar system where local spelling has taken place or shuttering is not possible. The mortar can be applied from a minimum 5mm to 50mm thickness in vertical and overhead applications. The mortar should have a minimum compressive strength 35 N/mm2 in 7 days and 45 N/mm2 in 45 days. Minimum flexural strength should be 6.5 N/mm2 in 28days. (f) Supply and Apply, covering plaster up to 10 mm thick with mixing ratio 1- 4 Cement / Sand, adding adhesives (Butadiene Styrene Emulsion), for smooth finishing on after Application of non shrink highly consistent light weight high grade polymer modified repair mortar . ( Dr. FIXIT / Fosroc / SIKA / Asian Paint )

M&L for makrana white marble work 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in floors, steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shadeincluding 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:6 and including dismantling old complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for granite work (of any type) 20 (+/- 2) mm (table rubbed and polished) in pillars and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:6 and including dismantling old complete all as specified and as directed.
