EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY WORK

Supply,installation,testing & commissioning of 11 KV Outdoor type extensible RMU floor mounted with internal eletrolytic grade copper bus bars, consisting of combinations of 630 Amp 2 Nos. fixed manual Load Break Switch as incomer & 1 Nos outgoing fixed type manual Vacuum Circuit Breaker of capacity 630 Amp. All live parts, bus bars, LBSs connections of RMU shall be enclosed to avoid multiple interconnections & sealed for life robotically welded non magnetic and non ferrite grade stainless steel tank Grade 304 of minimum 2.5 mm thick having IP67 degree of protection filled with SF6 gas as insulation with leakage rate less than 0.1% per year tested as per IEC 62271-200. The unit shall have front cable entry for ease of installation and shall have site replaceable bushings for ease of troubleshooting during breakdown.RMU should be complete with all accessories such as Terminal boots, VPIS, cable supports, all front cable terminations, mechanical indications for Load break switch ON/OFF, Manometer as per with IEC standards 62271-200, 60056, 60129, 60265, 60298, 60420, 60529 and 60694. Altitude of installation up to 1000m as per latest IEC 60120. Extensible Bushings,if applicable shall be bolted type top mounted outside the tank for connection of external bus bar. Also, the outer enclosure shall cover the full length of the switchgear, to ensure IP3X+IP54 protection for cable boxes RMU should be The unit shall be internal arc proof 21kA for 1 sec. for tank+Cable Box ,and tested and totally safe for human beings.The gas release & personnel safety with internal arc proof shall not depend on plinth design.

The Vacuum Bottle shall be of same make as that of RMU to ensure better life cycle optimization for the RMU. The Manufacturer shall furnish performance Certificate for similar kind of RMUs in their own legal Name . Any Joint venture certificates / partnership with other firms shall not be considered. RMUs, VCB Panels,Outdoor PCVCBs,CRP shall be from same Manufacturer to ensure ease of maintanance after expiry of warranty period. All live parts, bus bars, LBSs, VCBs connections of RMU should be enclosed in Stainless Steel tank & sealed for life robotically welded non magnetic and non ferrite 304 grade stainless steel tank of 3 +/-0.5mm thick having IP67 degree of protection filled with gas as insulation with leakage rate less than 0.1% per year tested as per IEC 62271-200. RMU shall have solid earthing system. The earthing busbar shall be provided throughout the length of switchgear & shall be provided in each cable compartment. RMU should complete with all accessories such as Terminal boots, VPIS, cable supports, mechanical indications for Load break switch ON/OFF, VCB ON/OFF, Spring charge, Manometer as per with IEC standards 62271-200, 60056, 60129, 60265, 60298, 60420, 60529 and 60694. S&F FRP loop in loop out boxes of size not less than 240 mm x 200 mm x 95 mm out door type duly fitted on bottom of steel tubular poles with suitable size clamps, bolts, nuts and washers complete with 4 connectors heavy duty 200 Amp capacity bus bar, MCB SP 6 Amp - 01 No and clamps made out of FI 20 x 3mm and GI nuts, bolts etc including provision cable glands of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling, taking down and setting aside for unserviceable steel poles/lighting fitting of 9.00 mtr length after dismantling the existing fittings and fixtures, crossarms, insulators, street light fitting of any type for further disposal as directed by Engr-in-charge including breaking the concrete in coping, pole foundation of any description and making good the disturbed site by refilling suitably with hard soil/soft disintegrated rock and staking properly upto ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for taking down from existing location/trenches/on disconnecting old cable where new cable is to be laid all as speciifed and directed by EIC. Note:- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately

Dismantling from existing location insulators existing location/aluminium over head conductor for HT/LT line disconnecting old conductor any type any size old conductor all as speciifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling from cross arms, nut bolt and clamp etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and install HT 11 KV outdoor type gang operated air break switch, triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating upto 200 Amp complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 ( using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for Cable route indicator marker approx size 1m x 0.4m x 0.1m including embedded HT Cable / LT Cable pedestal of /coping/pillars including necessary formwork, fair finishes to the exposed surface using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting of black top cover of existing road upto 1 mtr depth and 60cm in width for laying of pipeline/ cable and making good after laying of pipe / cable with type C1 PCC of 1:3:6 and including upto 30cm from top of the road surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep for foundation etc for laying of cables, erection of poles, struts/stays etc not exceeding 10 sqm in soft soil complete all as specified.
