Supply and fixing Ceiling fan 230 V 1200 mm sweep BEE 5 Star rating complete with down rod fixing clamp top and bottom canopy and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan controlled by one way switch all as specified and directed Make- Havells Cat Part No-ES-50 or equivalent make and model in Crompton Greaves/USHA as approved by GE.

S & F in replacement of fan hook alongwith fixing clamp as per sample kept in GE office and as required at site.

Taking down existing unserviceable/old point wiring surface /batten excluding fitting fixtures ,ceiling roses, pendant/angle holders, regulators, sockets,switches but including/excluding PVC conduit complete all as directed

Material and labour for point wiring ,using approved colour coding (Phase-red,Neutral-black,Earth-green) complete with FRLS PVC insulated and unshealthed stranded copper conductor cable 1.5 sqmm single core conforming to IS 694 including medium duty concealed unplasticised PVC conduit conforming to IS 9537(part-3) and ISI marked not less than 20 mm dia with concealed in wall pressed steel terminal box of not less than 2 mm thick of required size including painting terminal boxs inside and outside with two coat of synthetic enamle paint over one coat of red oxide primer with top cover 3 mm thick bakelite laminated sheet with brass screws and Cup washer with all assessories including FRLS PVC insulated and unshealthed stranded copper conductor cable 1.5 sqmm single core in green colour as earth wire connected to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed . (a)One light/fan/exhaust fan point/call bell point controlled by 1 No,one way 5/6 Amp switch.

S & F ceiling rose, surface Bakelite,isolated body three terminals complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Electronic fan regulator steped type (flush type) 240 volt ,50Hz ,single phase on existing phenotic laminated sheet including taking down old one and connecting complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Chemical earthing complete with copper plate electrode 900mm x 600mm x5mm burried directly in ground vetically to a depth not less than 4.70 mtr below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 3.60 mtrs below ground level ) connected to copper strip 32 mm x 6 mm as main earthing lead by means of tinned copper/ brass bolts nuts checknuts, and washers besides brazing ( copper strip shall be 0.5 M overlaped with copper plate by brazing) at all joints all as directed and connected to earth test point all as specified and testing on completion with and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil earth,GI pipe medium grade 50 mm bore for protection of copper strip from earth electrode to and including the earth test point of galvanised Iron/steel , adequate quality of charcoal dust, common salt and magnesium sulphate in alternate layers of 100 mm thick x 6 layers (not less than 40 Kg) all around the plate , and RCC cover of size 540x540x50 mm (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 75mm C/C both ways with mild steel handle 12 mm dia, PGI funnel with wire mesh, 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering all as shown in drawing Note - 1. Cost of copper strip and GI protection pipe up to a distance 7.5 M shall be included in quated rate of above Items. 2. On testing,after completion of job ,if desired earth resistence (less than 1 Ohm )is not found ,the earthing shall be redone on no extra cost to govt.
