Providing P.C.C.M-100 in nominal mix of (1:3:6) in foundation with approved quality of stone metal grade-III (50mm to 25mm size) clean coarse sand of F.M. 2.5 to 3 including screening, shuttering mixing cement concreting in mixer and placing in position vibrating striking curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed plain cement concrete, with cement content as per approved design mix and manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for plain cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying and curing, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing, including cost of curing, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineerin- charge. Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate,including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing 25mm thick first class patent stone flooring (1:2:4) with stone chips in two layers, bottom layers 19mm. Thick (1:2:4)with 12mm to 6mm. Size graded stone chips and top layer 6mm. Thicks (1:2) with 6mm down stone chips, in panels including cost of curing, finishing the surface smooth by rubbing with carborandum stone, taxes and royality with all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

62 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping, under layer 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and top layer 12mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix : 2 graded stone aggregate, 6mm nominal size) by volume, hardening compound mixed @ 2 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacture’s specifications. This includes cost of cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.

Providing 6mm cement plaster (1:4) in celling with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Waterproofing of Roof or Open terrace Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs consisting of following :-(Measurement on treated floor area only treatment over Parapet/Junction wall is included in this Rate. Following all items included in this Rate except mentioned) 1.Surface Preparation:-Cleaning the surface to make it dust free and sludge free, removing any extended portions by grinding and if required using suitable equipment. The mother slab has to be laid in slope to ensure proper drainage through the drain openings. All surfaces to be waterproofed should be sound, clean and dry. Concrete surfaces should have a light steel-trowel followed by a fine hair-broom or equivalent finish which is dry and free of dust, oil and other contaminants. All high spots should be removed. 2.Crack treatment & Coving :- Cracks if any shall be cut open and shall be filled with appropriate product by Opening the cracks to V grooves and treat them with suitable product (Sika Top 77/Fosroc Nitobond SBR Latex/BASF Master emaco SBR2) of approved manufacturer . Coving the junctions of the Vertical wall and Roof slab with fillet of size

75mm x 75mm with Cement Sand mortar 1: 3 admixed with waterproofing compound of approved manufacturer & their direction. 3.Application of primer:- Application of suitable primer primer (Sikalastic 450H/Fosroc Nitoproff / BASF Master Seal P 2525) on the prepared surface to seal the pores as per manufacturer's specification. 4.Water proofing product:-Supply and apply appropriate membrane product of minimum thickness 2mm (Sikalastic 560/Fosroc Nito proof 600/BASF Master Seal M800)by applying in roof slab & Parapet Wall upto 450 mm as per approved manufacturer specification. 5. Application of cover:- Supply & application of 150gsm geotextile cloth over the fully cured waterproofing membrane with proper fixing arrangement.(Paid in separate item)

Providing & Laying Screed Concrete of M-25 Grade Average 50mm thick to maintain proper slope over GI Chicken wire mesh in 1 inch (about 2.5 cm) diameter, wire gauges 19 gauge (about 1 mm wire) to 22 gauge (about 0.7 mm wire) over waterproofing work as a protective course mixing with Liquid lntergral water proofing compound (paid in separate itema) duly maintaintained by proper curing complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Application of cover Geotextile of Roof Water Proofing:- Supply & application of 120 grams per sqm Geotextile membrane in sandwich form over the fully cured waterproofing membrane & over XPS insulation board double layer sandwich with suitable lapping joint and proper fixing arrangement complete in all respect as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (Payment for each layer separately)

Waterproofing of Foundation Floor :- Providing and applying water proofing treatment over PCC of foundation consisting of following works :-(ACTUAL LAYING AREA TO BE PAID WITHOUT CONSIDERING OVERLAP AREA) 1.Surface Preparation: All PCC surfaces to be cleaned properly so that there will be no dust, laitance, oil, grease etc. 2.Waterproofing Membrane: Providing and applying a glass fibre reinforced, pressure sensitive membrane laid over substrate with overlaps seams of 75 mm (side) and 100 mm (end), a thickness of 3 mm -0.1/+0.1 mm (EN 1849-1), a cold flexibility of -2 °C (EN 1109) Membrane before laying reinforcement: Sika® WP Shield-103/ Dr Fixit Prebond / BASF Master Seal 730 PA complete in all respect as per Engineer in charge.. (Note :- Approved applicator of approved Manufacturer execute the work followed by manufacturer specification, direction with precautionary measure)

Waterproofing of Foundation Wall :-1.Surface Preparation: All RCC wall surfaces to be cleaned properly so that there will be no dust, laitance, oil, grease etc. 2.Waterproofing Membrane: Providing & Laying 2mm thick PVC membrane having Fire resistance property (BASF Master seal 700 BG/ Sika Plan WP/Dr. Fixit Samshield XL 1500) of approved Manufacturer with minimum lapping (Note :- Approved applicator of approved Manufacturer execute the work followed by manufacturer specification, direction with precautionary measure) 3. Application of cover: Providing & Laying 500gsm Geotextile membrane properly fixed with lap complete in all respect as per Engineer in charge.. (Note:- Special Care should be taken for any Damages from Earthwork In filling.)
