Repair and maint of LT UG cable OH line network and misc work for Zone II and Ascon Node under the jurisdiction of GE Army Jaisalmer

Taking out servicable/unserviceable electric cable of any size from excavated trenches/on pole/on wall for replacement or relaying the same after rectifying the fault etc.

Excavation in trenches in soft/disintegrated rock not exceeding 1.5m deep and not exceeding 1.5mtr wide for laying of cable and erection of poles all as specified and directed at site.

Returning, filling in, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming excavated soft/disintegrated rock in layers all as specified & directed at site.

Removing excavated (Soft/disintegrated rock) to distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for sand cushioning to underground PVC/XLPE cable with tibba sand and punning to provide required cover complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- For the purpose of payment only punned thickness will be measured).

Supplying and laying Jodhpur stone quarry faced stone slab cover 25 to 30 cm in width, 50 to 60 cm long and 40 to 50 mm thick, laid dry and abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10 mm over under ground cables for protection complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Relaying the electric cable of any size in the excavated trench / on pole / on wall after rectification of fault and making joint etc.

Relaying the stone patti of in the excavated trench.

M & L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation of stay assembly including necessary form work all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation for PCC poles/struts including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for pedestal/coping/plinth of poles, including necessary form work finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE FOR ITEM No: 9.00 TO 11.00 Volume of poles/struts embedded in concrete shall be deducted for the purpose of payment.

Supply,Laying of XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade 10 Sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of ACSR conductor of any size from LT/HT pole complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of cross arms of MS channels or angle section etc complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing aluminium conductor steel reinforced [ACSR] straining properly on insulators on PCC pole 9 mtr long and binding with aluminium tape/binding wire, connectors, jumpers etc including taking down old ACSR conductor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge of required size.

M & L bore earthing not less than 250 mm dia 16 feet deep filled with black soil up to 7 feet from bottom complete with galvanized iron pipe 40 mm bore medium grade 3 meter long tapers at bottom & provided 12 mm holes (staggered) at 75 mm centre to centre up to 2.5 meter of length from bottom , burried directly in ground filled with 45 cm alternate layer of chemical magnisium sulphate & salt up to ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6mm as earthing lead by means of bolt and nut, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel including brazing work and 40mm dia light grade pipe for earth lead protection and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for ON load change over switch of capacity 400 Amps,4 pole, 415 Volts,50 Hz complete all accessories and specified and directed.

Supply, transportation fixing and erection of prestressed cement concrete pole 9 metre long, minimum cross section 102 mm x 172 mm at top and 102 mm x279 mm at bottom class -10 confirming to IS-1678 and including making alternate white and black strips 30 cm height (Total 5 Nos ), with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, transportation fixing and erection of prestressed cement concrete pole 11 metre long, minimum cross section 152 mm x 152 mm at top and 152 mm x260 mm at bottom class -9 confirming to IS-1678 and including making alternate white and black strips 30 cm height (Total 5 Nos ), with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply fabricate, fixing structural mild steel RS joist, channel angle iron, flate iron and brackets etc for fabrication of cross arms, bracing supports clamps including D clapms, eye hook and back plate etc fabricated from structural steel section inclduing nuts, bolts,washers, welding (Cold and Hot) drilling holes for bolts, bend to any shape or size as indicated and directed, inclusive of one primer coat and two coats of aluminium paint after preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour only for checking and disconnecting the cable from both ends,testing the serviceblity of cable by meggering and reconnecting the same after detection of fault complete all as specified and directed of following size :-

(a) 10 Sqmm to 16 Sqmm 3.5 core

(b) 25 Sqmm to 50 Sqmm 3.5 core

(c) 70 Sqmm to 150 Sqmm 3.5 core
