Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed.

Cement concrete work in pavement/hard standing of flexural strength 40 kg/sqcm in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic meter, thickness of concrete 25cm or less, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The work should be done through Ready Mixed Concrete

Forming contraction (dummy) joints 65mm deepx10mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade 'A', complete all as specified and directed.

Brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick walls, built in cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting out bricks, forming toothing for, and bonding new brick work in CM (1:3) into old work including valve of new materials value of new materials entering old walls and jointing and pointing (measured on vertical face in contact with old wall only), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 10mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia ,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe-310-O or Fe-410-O all as specified & directed.

Providing cement concrete Type B-1 (1:2:4), 20mm graded aggregate as in in coping/benching etc including necessary form work/moulds, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L two coats of Oil bound distemper over 2mm thick wall care putty on new surface of wall including preparation of new plastered surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm in floors etc set and jointed (joint free) in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement including screed bed or bedding layers of mortars 15mm thick in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non-skid edge cut ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick rectangular shape area each tiles exc 0.18 sqm but not exc 0.38 sqm in skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement and pigment over 10mm rendering in cm 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.
