Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 750 kVA/600KW, CPCB4+ complaint (as per the latest guidelines), synchoriniztion compatible, 3Phase, 415V AC, 50 Hz, Silent type DG Set comprising Engine with minimum 900 BHP, at 1500 RPM, 0.8 lagging power factor, coupled with alternator mounted on a common base frame and consisting of the followings :

Diesel Engine : CPCB-IV Norms Diesel Engine multi cylinder, 4 Stroke, turbocharged, water cooled, electric start, developing 900 BHP at 1500 RPM suitable for above output of alternator at 40 degree C, 50% RH & at 500 meter MSL and conforming to BS 5514, BS 649, IS 10000, capable of taking 10% over loading for one hour after 12 hours of continuous operation with Anti Vibration Pads. The engine will be fitted completed with all the required accessories.

Engine mounted Instrument Panel fitted with and having digital display for following : (i)Start-stop switch with key (ii) Water temperature indication (iii) Lubrication oil pressure indication (iv) Lubrication oil temperature indication (v) Battery charging indication (vi) RPM indication (vii) Over speed indication (viii) Low lub. Oil trip indication (ix) Engine Hours indication

Alternator : Synchronous, alternator out put rated at 750 KVA/600KW, 415 Volts at 1500 RPM, 3-Phase 50 Hz., AC Supply with 0.8 lagging power factor at 40 Degree C, 50% RH & at 500 Meter MSL. The alternator shall be having SPDP enclosure, brushless, continuous duty, self-excited and self-regulated through AVR, terminal arrangement i/c 1600A alumunium bus-duct box with other associated equipment conforming to IS: 4772/BS 2613, Self Cooled suitable for tropical conditions and with class-H insulation.

Base Frame & Foundation : Both the engine and alternator shall be mounted on suitable base frame made of MS channel with necessary reinforcement which shall be installed on suitable cement concrete foundation and vibration isolation arrangement as per recommendations of manufacturer.

Fuel Tank : 01 no inbuilt Fuel tank with valves, fuel level indications indicators and all accessories having capacity of 990 Ltr or as per OEM standrad complete as required.

Exhaust System : Dry exhaust mainfold with hospital/ residential type exhaust silencer and catalytic convertor meeting latest CPCB norms (CPCB IV+) and MOEF guidelines for noise level.

Starting System : 12V/24V DC starting system comprising of starter motors: Voltage regulator and arrangement for initial excitation complete with suitable nos. of batteries (25 plates, 180 AH capacity lead acid type) as required as per specifications.

Synchronization of new 750 KVA DG set with existing 500KVA DG Set (KOEL Make), the existing Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) in AMF panel is Make:- Woodward, Model:- EASYGEN-2500-5. If existing PLC is not compatible with new DG set then agency should have to provide suitable Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) in AMF panel at their own cost.

Accoustic and weather proof enclosure with arrangement for fresh air intake for cooling of the engine and alternator, extraction, discharging hot air into the atmosphere as per specifications. The work should be as per Central Electrical Authority / Pollution control board standards & as per attached detailed technical specification.

Supplying and fixing exhaust gas piping for 750 kVA D.G. set with up to 350 mm dia. (or as per OEM) welded black MS pipe (Class-B) conforming to IS:1239 (part-I, 2004) cut to required lengths and installed with necessary bends, supports and clamps, anti-vibration mountings, SS Expansion Joints, pollution check point, SS belows etc. The exhaust pipes shall be insulated with 50 mm thick mineral wool (density 120 kg/m3) insulation wrapped in chicken mesh and clad with 0.6 mm thick aluminium sheet etc, complete as required as per technical sprcifications.

Design, Supply & fixing of self-supporting MS structure suitable for size of 350mm exhaust piping for 750 KVA DG set for a height up to 15 Mtr ( 9.5m building+ 5.5m above building) including fixing in CC upto 600 mm from ground level. The structure should be designed for a wind velocity prevailing at the site complete as required.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of DG set etc including form work etc as required.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of 1250 Amps, Four pole horizontal drawout type air circuit breaker (ACB) of fault breaking capacity 50 KA (Ics=100%Icu) EDO, fitted with interlocked, Electrically and mechanically ON/OFF and service/test/isolated position indicators and frame earthing contact, conforming to IS:13947-2; 1993 as amended upto date, retrofit in existing AMF panel including required accessories like base frame etc complete as required. Make- L & T Model- U-Power OMEGA UW1-12N Category-B or equivalent. (The exisitng breaker is L&T Make of 800A and model- U-Power OMEGA UW1-08N Category-B )

Supply & Fixing of 4- Pole aluminium bus bars of 1600 Amps capacity (minimum) in the existing Essential Panel with heat shrinkable coloured sleeves and i/c. DMC / SMC bus bars supports at required intervals complete for cross section, size supports and their spacing etc. complete as per site requirement.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of set of 3 Nos, Indoor RESIN CAST type Current Transformer ratio 1250/5, Class-1, burden 15VA etc. complete as required as per site requirement.

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of following capacity Sandwich Type Bus Trunking for use on 3 phase 4 wire 415 volts, 50Hz A.C. supply with metal clad enclosure having IP-54 rating after fixing the tap off boxes and all accessories, made of 1.6mm thick steel sheet duly powder coated in convenient sections complete with 4 Nos aluminium bus bars having current density of 130 A/ sq cm at nominal current rating, necessary joints, elbow joints & expansion joints and bends, fire barrier at each floor, provision of tapping at every metre, adopter box and copper flexible for joints, continuous earthing with 2 Nos aluminium strip of suitable size (one on each side) including by suspension on ceiling, G.I. clamping brackets, suspenders, angle iron bracket, steel fasteners, connecting to earthing system etc including dismentaling the existing bus trunking complete as required. 1600 A (Isc=50 kA for 1 second)

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mmx 600mm x 6 mm thick i/c. accessories and providing masonary enclosures with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. With charcoal / coke and salt complete as required.

Dismantling and shifting of 1 no. of 500 KVA DG Set (Kirloskar make) along with exhaust piping etc. installed in Sub-station building to another location near the Sub-station building as decided by EIC complete as required.
