Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for taking out pipe line etc for repairs / laying cables etc and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

All as per item No. 01.00 above but more than 1.5 Mtr and upto 2 mtr.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Removal of excavated material [soil] to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of metal box MS enclosure made out of CRCA sheet 3.00mm thick of size 500mm x 500mm x 300mm depth complete with three phase and neutral aluminium bus bar of capacity 200 Amps and fixing of 3P, 100A MCCB mounted on epoxy insulators, fixing arrangement with suitable MS Clamps of size 32 x 6 mm thick all as specified and directed. Note : Rate for MCCB 100 Amp, Aluminium Busbar 3 pole and 1 neutral of 200 Amp, epoxy insulators and MS clamps of size 32 x 3mm included in this item rate.

Supply and joint in replacement of cable jointing kit straight through joint epoxy type of size 70/95 sqmm 3.5 all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and laying in trenches or fixing or passing through pipe in replacement of 1100 Volts grade heavy duty LT UG cable, 2 core 6 Sqmm, with XLPE insulated stranded Aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape, Armoured with galvanised steel wire and overall sheathed including cable gland, lugs, jointing material etc, jointing, connecting, testing and commissioning all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of PVC weather proof, hinged door, junction box with 100A Aluminium TPN bus bar, 240V, Neutral link and 1No MCB SP of 6 Amps, necessary fixing arrangement such as clamps, nut, bolts, etc including dismantling old unservieable junction box all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC of any description above/below ground level exceeding 15cm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate for pole / struts foundation etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type C1 using 20mm graded aggregate for coping including necessary form work and fair finishing of exposed surface of concrete all as specified and directed.

Supply and joint cable jointing kit straight through joint epoxy type of size 10 sqmm 4 core to 16 sqmm 4 core all as specified and directed.

Supply and joint cable jointing kit straight through joint epoxy type of size 25 sqmm 3.5 core to 50 sqmm 3.5 core all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of surfaces for LT pole painting by scrapping damaged paint and painting with two coats of silver aluminium paint and writing pole No with black paint on yellow circuit all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : If pole No not written by Contractor after Silver aluminium paint, recovery of Rs. 150.00 Rs. will be restricted in this item rate.

Supply and fixing in replacement of galvanized earth strip 32 mm x 6 mm for earthing from earth plate to equipment complete fixed on porcelain insulator every 1 meter interval all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repairs to LT panel boards complete with necessary welding works to doors, replacement of unserviceable hinges and all drop bolt complete and painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved color internally and externally all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Rate for requisite stores i.e. hinges, welding rods, paint, primer, included in this item rate. (ii) All type T&P i.e. welding machine at site, compressor for spray paint etc. included in this item. (iii) If Panel repair work has not been started by the Contractor after receiving of site order from Engr-in-Charge, Penalty for Rs. 500.00 per day has been recovered from the Contractor.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning in replacement of outdoor type cubical panel board suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volt, 50 Hz and type tested at CPRI at 415 Volt factory fabricated in an approved factory having modern fabrication process powder coated in approved shard having thickness not less than 100 mircrons provided with suitable gasket to make it dust /vermin proof and general construction confirming to IS 8623793 comprising of the following :- OUTER SHELL : The outer shell shall be made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA Sheet and MS angle section 50x50x6mm frame, factory fabricated with front and back openable double door system locable / openable by keys from both side having chromium plated 19 mm dia fancy lock, louvers and air vent gasket for natural flow of air. The bottom of the outer shell contains a ditachable plate having provn for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands. The dimension of the shell should be adequate to accomodate inner shell described below giving minimum 75 mm space all round. Provision of threaded earthing stud at bottom & lifting lugs of suitable size at top to lift the panel safely shall be made. The degree of protection of outer shell shall be IP-54.

Supply and fixing in replacement of cross arms. Bracings, support channel, backpate hooks etc fabricated from structural steel, sections (MS Channel) of required size and shape including nuts, bolts,washers, welding, bending, cutting cold or hot, drilling holes for inserting bolts as indicated and directed including painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of silver aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with screws on LT panel boards of size 20x15 mm

M&L for stone aggregate 40mm graded spreading and leveling aroung 2 pole/ 4 pole structure where GOD installed including well ramming complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for replacement of pole Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm X 60 cm X 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connecting to the GI wire 4.0 mm dia, by means nut bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of the GI Earth wire protected by provision of GI light grade pipe 15 mm, GI light grade 20 mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, taste point made out of phosphorus bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding than 50 mtr, all as per electric plate No 3 of SSR Part I 2009 and connection to earth test point all as specified incl testing on completion”. Note: These earthings shall be provided for poles; without provision of concrete earth pits.

Supply and fixing in replacement of RCC cable route marker/ indicator of size 0.30mtr x 0.10 mtr x 0.90 mtr complete including painting with one coat of primer and two coat oil paint as per colour coding specified by Engineer-in-Charge for exposed surface, excavation, PCC, etc included in this item rate complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for taking out old unserviceable MCCB TP/TPN four pole from existing LT panel board and supply and fix MCCB TP 63 amps capacity, rup capacity 16 KA at 415 volt 50 Hz AC supply including necessary modification in panel board if required to fix the MCCB complete with replacement of incoming and out going cable connection with lugs, aluminium conductor cable of proper size, nuts bolts all as directed.replacement of brunt lugs and wire/cable pieces etc as required at site.
