Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall with Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building , for all heights and all levels etc. including:(c) The fastening brackets of Aluminium alloy 6005 T5 / MS with Hot Dip sqm Galvanised with serrations and serrated washers to arrest the wind load movement, fasteners, SS 316 Pins and anchor bolts of approved make in SS 316, Nylon separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts all complete required to perform as per specification and drawing The item includes cost of all material & labour component, the cost of all mock ups at site, cost of all samples of the individual components for testing in an approved laboratory, field tests on the assembled working curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, cleaning and protection of the curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding till the handing over of the building for occupation. Base frame work for ACP cladding is payable under the relevant aluminium items. The Contractor shall provide curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, having all the performance characteristics all complete , as per the Architectural drawings, as per item , as specified, as per the approved shop drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. However, for the purpose of payment, only the actual area on the external face of the curtain wall with Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding (including width of groove) shall be measured in sqm up to two decimal places.(HSR 8.32)

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : sqm 235 368 603 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1 :3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.(HSR 10.58) (Labour Rate)

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1 :4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.Size of Tile 600x600 mm (HSR 10.63.2) (Labour Rate)

12 mm cement plaster of mix :1 :6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) (HSR 11.8.2)

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix:1 :6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) (HSR 11.9.2)

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having voe (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour.Two coats (HSR 11.74.2) (Labour Rate)

Painting two coats excluding priming coat with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new wood work or metallic or plastered or concrete surfaces to give an even shade. (HSR 11.78) (Labour Rate)

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows, including ISi marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note:- Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately:-Kiln seasoned and chemically treated Hollock wood, 35 mm thick shutters (HSR 12.7.2.1)

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using stainless steel grade 304 wire gauge with wire of dia 0.5 mm and average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions for doors, windows and clerestory windows with necessary screws:--35 mm thick shutters, with ISi marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size, Kiln seasoned and chemically treated Hollockwood (HSR 12.32.1.1.2)

Providing and fixing ISi marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters:35 mm thick including ISi marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screw (HSR 12.37.1)

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, panelling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :For fixed portion(HSR 12.157)

12.157.1.1:- Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

12.157.2.1:- For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately)

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade I Type II, in panelling fixed in aluminium doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge.Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides (HSR 12.158.2)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm) (HSR 12.159.2)

Providing and fixing pressed steel door frames conforming to IS: 4351, manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 2.0 mm thickness, including hinges, jamb, lock jamb, bead and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50x25 mm, or base ties of 2.00 mm, pressed mild steel welded or rigidly fixed together by mechanical means, including M.S. pressed butt hinges 2.5 mm thick with mortar guards, lock strike-plate and shock absorbers as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pre-treatment of the surface as directed by Engineer-in-charge:Profile C , Fixing with adjustable lugs with split end tail to each jamb (HSR 13.3.2.1)

Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations: (a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls up to 300 mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. (b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm to 115 mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1 :5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1 :5 (1 cement :5 coarse sand ) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls up to 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs.

c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge. (d) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick joint less cement mortar of mix 1 :4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep. (e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. "All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer-in-Charge: (HSR 28.17.1)

Regarding terracing of mud phaska covered with tiles or brick, in sqm cement mortar by dismantling tiles or bricks, removing mud plaster, preparing the surface of mud phaska to proper slope, relaying mud plaster gobri leaping and tiles or bricks, grouted in cement mortar 1 :3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand), including replacing unserviceable tiles or bricks with new ones and disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground (the cost of the new tiles or brick excluded), all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(HSR 30.9)

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (Ready mix) having voe content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:-Old work (one or more coats) (HSR 30.25.1) (Labour Rate)

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty:-Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 1 Okg/sqm) (HSR 30.54.1)
