REPAIR/MAINT OF HT VCBS, RMUS AND ALLIED WORKS AT FAIZABAD UNDER GE FAIZABAD.

Amount

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth for foundation of poles, stays or for taking out/laying of cables and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in with approved excavated soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning in trenches for protection of under ground cable provided in layers of sand 8cm deep before laying the cable and 15cm deep after the cable(Punned down to 18 cm) complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Punned thickness as 18 cm shall be measured and paid)

Supply and laying Un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover 'factory made' of class HPV, Type 1 with peak of size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for complete servicing of HT Switch Gear (Vaccum Circuit Breaker) of capacity (400 Amp Ser No. 1077R & 630 Amp Ser No. 2865 VR), 11 KV (Make- Crompton Greaves Ltd) including replacing/repairing of unserviceable parts comprising the following complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Spare parts will be measured and paid under separate items of this schedule as supply only. S&F repair /Cheking the HT 11KV , Make- ABB , Capacity (630 Amps Ser No. IVYNO40115000598 & 630 Amp Ser No. IVYNO40117000710) out door type, Ring main unit (RMU) tripping circuit and resetting trip values and the nuemerical relays and checking tripping machnism serviceing the LBS fully by engaging well experianced technicians as per manufacturer recommendation and all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet with vitreous enamelled with letter figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps bolts and nuts of approved size for HT, 25 x 20cm complete all as directed and as specified.

M&L for lightning arresters for outdoor use expulsion type suitable for HT complete with all fittings, transmission class, dis-charge capacity 33 KV, 65 KA including taking down existing lightening arresters of any type and size complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick buried directly under ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below ground level connected to and including galvanised iron earth strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, washer including test point by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, and washers of galvanized iron and connected to main switch / control board up to 7.5 metre away from earth electrode and including GI pipe light grade 15mm bore protection pipe & necessary excavation and earth work in any strata, PCC chambers in PCC 1:3:6 type B1, RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover slab 50mm thick with 8mm dia TMT bars at 140mm C/C both ways, with lifting handle, watering pipe of GI medium grade 20mm dia, wire mesh, funnel, lugs and charcoal, salt etc all as applicable and as per plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and all as specified.

M&L for replacement of galvanised iron strip 32 x 6mm buried in ground or fixed on pole with all accessories including dismantling old one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, laying, commissioning & testing HT cable 95 Sqmm 3 core, 11000 Volts grade (Earthed), XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed heavy duty, armoured with multi stranded aluminium conductor all as per IS 7098 (Part-I) 1998, underground laid in trenches, ducts, pipes or on poles, etc including taking out old unserviceable cables, protection pipes/bricks or precast concrete cable cover etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & laying steel tubing, galvanized light grade bores, for passing HT cable under road or PCC floor or fixed on wall/on pole or drain etc or whenever protection is required including necessary clamps and nut bolts with GI fitting complete all as directed and specified as follows:-

(a) GI Pipe 100 mm dia.

(b) GI Pipe 80 mm dia.

Hiring of cable fault detector, to detect exact position of fault for XLPE/PVC HT cable, 11000 volts grade heavy duty aluminium conductor of any size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for horizontal boring under roads/soft/loose soil of any width by manual arrangements for inserting GI pipe upto 100mm bore for laying UG cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for cable end termination indoor type cold shrinkable joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement cable jointing kit for 11 KV ( Earthed grade cable for cable end termination outdoor type cold shrinkable joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of Cable termination cold shrinkable jointing kit for 11 KV straight through type suitable for HT cable XLPE insulated aluminium conductor of size 95 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
