Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not other wise specially provided for cement concete (unreinforced) and complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for terrace waterproofing preparation ,provision and applying polyurethane waterproofing membrane coating system comprising the followings: (a) Cleaning mechanically the surface clean and free from any bituminous residue dirt,oil,grease undulations,troughts etc, including surface cracks etc filled with high performance rapid setting , high early strength , shrinkage compensated repair concrete , all complete as per the manufactures specification. (b) Providing & applying PU primer @ 200ml per sqm or equivalent as approved by GE and then applying two coats of two component,moisture cure highly elastomeric & tough polyurethane waterproofing membarance PU @1.5kg per sqm in two coats to achieve dry film thickness of 1.07 mm having tensile strength > 6MPa & elongation of600% providing unmatched crack bridging abilities and solid content of 98% . complete all as per the manufactures specification. (c) On completion of waterproofing application ,providing and fix 200gsm non woven polypropylene geo textile memrane with over lap of minimum 50mm as protective medium before screed concrete or land scaping works (Make: Nitoproof 650 PU of FOSROC or equivalent as mentioned in list of make as approved by GE)

M&L for providing ,cement concrete B-0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) and 50mm thickness admixed with Bostik LW or equivalent as approved by GE @ 200ml per bag 50kg cement as per manufacture instruction as the make approved by GE, on the cured waterproofing membrance to protect the waterproofing coating system from any damage complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Make:- Bostik or equivalent as mentioned in list of make as approved by GE

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls incl raking out joints hacking for key, scrubing down with water etc complete all as specifed and directed

M&L 10 mm thick rendering on internal wall surfaces in cement plaster 1:6 on fair faces incl finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 over ceiling surfaces complete incl finishing the surfaces even and smooth w/o using extra cement. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering in two layers of 10mm in CM 1:6 & top layer of 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 on external brick wall surfaces with WPC incl finished even and smooth w/o using extra complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall by vacuum based sanding machine and applaying two coat of oil bond distemper over one coat primer and 1 mm putty using mechanical tool/auto roller complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: All work shall be carried out by approved applicator of paint manufacturer only. The same shall be approved before carrying out the work from GE. Contractor should submit Auth applicator certificate before execution of work.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash by using mechanicall tool/ auto roller complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: All work shall be carried out by approved applicator of paint manufacturer only. The same shall be approved before carrying out the work from GE. Contractor should submit Auth applicator certificate before execution of work.

M&L preparation of newly plaster surfaces of walls by vacuum based sanding machine and applying two coats of weather coat exterior paint over a coat of priming paints plaster coat using mechanical tool/auto roller complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: All work shall be carried out by approved applicator of paint manufacturer only. The same shall be approved before carrying out the work from GE. Contractor should submit Auth applicator certificate before execution of work.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from walls by vacuum based sanding machine and applying two coats of Acrylic Emulsion Exterior (Apex Ultima or equivalent as approved by GE) weather proof paint, white or tinted, over and including a coat of primer by using mechanicall tool/ auto roller complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note1: All work shall be carried out by approved applicator of paint manufacturer only. The same shall be approved before carrying out the work from GE. Contractor should submit Auth applicator certificate before execution of work. Note2: column,beam,chajja to be painted different colour as per Eng-in-charge instructions

M&L Preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width/girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed
