Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 Mix (one part cement, Four part M.sand and Eight part of aggrigate) using 40mm size ISS HBG metal machine crushed from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.00m height for plane surface such as RCC Slab, Rectangular Beams, Tee (or) ELL Beams, Lintel Bed Block, Slabs, Landing Slabs, Beams Canopy, Side Slab (or) Square (or) Round columns etc., as detailed below with all cross branching using M.S. Sheets of size 80cm x 60cm and B.G. 10 stiffended with welded M.S. Floor finishing with fully vitified tilles using best quality of fully vitified tiles of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm over the base plastering cement mortar 1:3 mix, 20mm thick pointing with using white cement 4kg/10sq.mt. inculing cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges. Supplying and fixing of M.S.grill of approved design for doors. Windows and ventilators using necessary mild steel flats for inner and outermembers which should be fixed to window frames inclusive of priming coat of best approved quality red oxide primer etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Plastering with cement mortar 1: 5 mix (one part cement and five part P.sand) to 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all other labour and material charges to site including curing etc.,complete as per standard specification

Painting the walls two coats over one coat of priming with best Emulsion paint of approved colour and quality including preparation of surface and finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the department officers etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Painting two coats iron work for doors, windows and ventilators using iron bars, window grills weld mesh screen in opt courtyard etc., with two coat synthetic enamel paint and approved quality and color including priming coat in all floors. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials, labour brushes and scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications.
