Providing and fixing 10 mm thick ply conforming to IS : 1328 BWR type plain lining with necessary screws/nuts & bolts/nails and fixed on necessary GI framework with GI channels/sections, perimeter channels, intermediate channels, hangers, cleats, bolts and nuts etc., fixed at required spacing. The framework shall be properly levelled , complete Job as per direction of Engineer-in-charge complete Job (walls & ceilings)

Providing and fixing 18mm thick MDF board in wall lining of specified medium density board, pre-laminated one side decorative lamination other side balancing lamination Grade I, exterior grade, with necessary fixing arrangement and screws etc. complete. The job shall include fixing of all decorative beadings forming frames, mouldings from MDF board (as required) in patterns as furnished by the Architect/EIC. (for payments only surface area shall be considered, nothing extra for beadings/mouldings etc shall be paid deductions as applicable)

Providing and applying Duco paint finish on MDF surfaces including complete surface preparation by machine/hand sanding to obtain a smooth base, cleaning of surface, application of one coat of approved MDF sealer/primer, followed by application of putty to fill all joints, nail holes and surface imperfections, sanding to achieve an even and level surface and thereafter applying minimum two to three coats of Duco paint of approved make by spray method with intermediate sanding between coats, including use of appropriate thinner, to obtain a uniform, smooth, streak-free finish of required shade and gloss level, complete in all respects as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (Payments shall be made for surface area only)

Providing and fixing Plaster of Paris (POP) false ceiling including preparation of surface, fixing of necessary framework/suspension system such as G.I. wires, hangers, or perimeter channels anchored to the structural ceiling, application of POP in required thickness over suitable base (including chicken mesh/GI mesh where required), forming levels, slopes, steps, drops, coves, grooves, etc. as per approved design and drawings, finishing the surface to a smooth, even and crack-free finish including rubbing with sandpaper, making good all joints, corners and edges, complete(Job) in all respects as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing wooden cornice of 50 mm width made from approved quality seasoned timber (such as Kail/teak or equivalent), in required profile and design, including cutting, shaping, moulding, and finishing true to line and level, fixed to walls/ceiling junction with suitable screws, nails, wooden cleats or approved fasteners, including making necessary grooves, joints and mitres at corners, complete with sanding to smooth finish, including application of primer / wood sealer and one coat of base paint / polish, complete(JOB) in all respects as per approved design, specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 8 mm thick AC-V grade laminated wooden flooring in herringbone pattern over prepared base, including supply and laying of approved quality high-density fibreboard (HDF) based laminate planks with wear-resistant AC-V coating, laid over foam underlay (2–3 mm thick) for cushioning, levelling and sound insulation, including interlocking of planks with tongue-and-groove system, cutting, edge trimming, and fitting along walls, columns and other obstructions, complete with necessary accessories such as skirting-upto 75mm, and ensuring proper alignment and pattern as per approved design. The work shall include cleaning and preparation of base surface, laying of foam sheet, proper staggering and placement to achieve herringbone layout, and finishing to a smooth, even, and aesthetically uniform surface, complete(JOB) in all respects as per manufacturer’s specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing modular furniture works such as TV units, wardrobes, cabinets, shelves, partitions, etc. fabricated out of 19 mm thick ply to ply including inside laminate. Shutters to made from 18mm thick MDF (Medium Density Fibreboard) boards of approved quality, including cutting, routing, grooving, edge finishing, assembling and fixing in position as per approved design and drawings. The item shall include necessary framework/supports, internal partitions, shelves, shutters, back panels (of suitable thickness), and fixing with screws, adhesives, all hardware fittings, and fittings required for complete installation. The exposed MDF surfaces shall be finished with Duco paint finish including thorough surface preparation by sanding, application of MDF sealer/primer, filling of joints and imperfections with NC/Polyester putty, repeated sanding to achieve smooth surface, and application of minimum 2–3 coats (or more for premium finish) of Duco paint by spray method using approved shade and make, including intermediate sanding, to obtain a uniform, smooth, streak-free finish of desired gloss level. All edges, corners, grooves and profiles shall be properly finished, and the work shall be completed true to line, level and design, including making necessary cut-outs for services, complete (job) in all respects as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
