Labour for repair/servicing of ceiling fan of any capacity complete with strip opening the ceiling fan for repair/washing/varnishing and removing of old lubricating substatances from bearing/ bush by using Kerosine oil, carrying out fresh lubrication , greasing and to make the ceiling Fan noise free and smooth functioing, including replacement of worn out/unserviceable minor spare parts split pin,fan body bolts,spring washer,fan rod bolt etc and PVC insulated, unsheathed stranded twin twisted copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm up to 1.0 M long, assembling the repaired ceiling fan and testing to the entire satisfication of engineer in charge and depositing in MES Store yard . (Replacement of Spares flexible wire etc/rewirding of ceiling fan/shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item for material and labour cost .)

Rewinding of ceiling fan, of any make/type and size (1400 sweep) with super enamelled copper wire of appropriate gauge as existing to obtain the specified and satisfactory RPM as per manufactures specification, including replacement of all insulation materials, varnishing, heating, drying, assembling of stater/rotor, connection and testing complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for point wiring for one light/fan/call bell point controlled by one 5 Amp switch with 1.5 Sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor FRLS, PVC insulated (unsheathed) heavy duty cable including continuous earth wire of size 1.5 sqmm copper conductor multistrand FRLS, PVC insulated (unsheathed) drawn into existing concealed PVC rigid/steel conduit and into existing CI/pressed steel terminal boxes including 3.00mm thick hylam brand IS-2036 marked, laminated sheet cover for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc complete all as specified. Note : (a) wiring shall be done by using proper colour coding (b) Earth wire shall be of green colour (c) On RCC roof/celing PVC conduit shall be provided on surface with proper fixing clamps all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement for switch piano, flush type single pole one way 5Amp, 240 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement stepped type electronic fan regulator flush type on the existing phenolic laminated sheet etc. complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour in replacement for Sub main wiring with proper colour coding , insulated , unsheathed , multistranded ,copper conductor FRLS, cable of 2 run 4 Sqrmm for phase and neutral and one run of 2.5 Sqrmm for earth wire unsheathed , multistranded, copper conductor FRLS, drawn through the new rigid PVC concealed conduit fixed on wall. Two runs of cable for phase/neutral and one run of cable for earth will be measured and paid as one unit length complete all as specified and directed. Note : Wiring shall be done in proper colour coding.

Supply and fixing in replacement MS hooks for hanging ceiling fan with down rod and fix the same down the roof of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.
